This apartment is in a fantastic location! a twenty minutes or less walk get you to all of the key locations in Milan. on the way you walk through delicious restaurants and cute little shops. The apartment itself is just as the pictures! the hot tub/jacuzzi area was perfect at the end of a long day of shopping, sight seeing and eating!! The park across the tiny one way, dead end street out front provides a secluded, quiet little slice of Milan, with great people watching and a short distance to all the action.

Logement incroyable situé à 2 pas du centre de Côme ! Les équipements proposés dans la chambre sont vraiment haut de gamme et le petit extérieur est très calme bien que le logement soit situé en ville. Petit plus pour la place de parking privé littéralement collée à l'entrée du logement ! nous avons passé un séjour vraiment relaxant !

My stay at Sandro’s place was great. The host was super accommodating and responsive. The apartment was just amazing! Both me and my kids had a great time. Thank you soo much!

Séjour dans l’appartement top, juste dommage de pas avoir pus profiter de la salle de sport et spa etc. Nous avons consacré notre temps à visiter Milan et d’autre activités et manque de temps ahah

Alessandro and Chiara are excellent hosts. Their apartment was great, clean, and perfect for our group (2 couples). I would stay again when in Milan and recommend it. Convenient to the Metropolitana and can get to the center of Milan in a few minutes.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Service drumherum war auch wirklich super. Mehr als man es bei einem Airbnb gewöhnt ist.

A beautiful property and extremely attentive staff. Monica made sure our visit was the best possible experience. And, nothing was overlooked in the preparation of the apartment. Everything we needed was there.

Zimmer ist in echt noch schöner und grösser wie auf den Bildern. Sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Unmittelbarer Weg am See entlang. Sehr gastfreundlich insbesondere mit Auto. Danke für die Unterkunft.

Ottimo alloggio a due passi dal lago e dal centro, a pochi metri un’ottima pizzeria ed un bar per la colazione. Alloggio impeccabile con sauna, arredamento e idromassaggio. C’è poca chiarezza col check in perché posto fuori, sul cancello, ci sono dei box chiave con dei codici inerenti agli appartamenti che possono trarre in inganno riguardo il check-in ma nulla di irrisolvibile. Ogni tanto l’idromassaggio non emanava odori particolarmente gradevoli ma è comunque ottima. Ne va le pena se stai pensando ad un’uscita romantica

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Silvia en kregen tips over restaurants en barren in de buurt. Echt wat een geweldig huis en tuin.. super leuke inrichting. We voelden ons daar onmiddellijk thuis. Tencredi en Silvia bedankt.

Villa Attica Colonia is an absolutely gorgeous property! Monica the host could not have been more accommodating. She truly was wonderful and helped us with all that we needed! She served the most lovely breakfast every morning in a little basket by the window. The view is outstanding and it makes you feel like you never wanna leave the property. It is a five star accommodation. If you are going to Lake Orta this is the best place you could possibly stay! Thank you again Monica for everything!

L’alloggio era sicuramente pulito e confortevole, in una buona posizione e presentava tutti gli elementi descritti al momento della prenotazione. Tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato una problematica abbastanza evidente con l’utilizzo della vasca idromassaggio. Infatti, all’utilizzo, usciva dello sporco dagli ugelli. Abbiamo provato più e più volte a svuotare la vasca e riempirla nuovamente, ma il problema continuava a persistere, rendendo la stessa inutilizzabile. Abbiamo fatto subito presente il problema alla proprietaria che ci ha risposto il giorno seguente. Non avendo potuto usufruire di questo servizio, e avendo pagato una cifra abbastanza elevata probabilmente proprio per la presenza della vasca, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ottenere un rimborso, che abbiamo ricevuto dopo qualche giorno.

Eravamo a Milano per un concerto e cercavamo qualcosa non in centro e vicina al Fabrique. La casa è in una zona tranquilla e isolata. Abbiamo avuto anche un Upgrade all'arrivo dell'alloggio. Casa pulitissima dotata di tutti i confort e con anche amenity kit. Consigliata

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Ottima esperienza. Augusta è stata gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è molto grande, in una bellissima posizione.

splendida esperienza, a partire dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Corinne e di sua mamma, che ci ha accolti. Il contesto è davvero suggestivo, una corte medievale splendidamente mantenuta. L'appartamento (loft privato) davvero all'altezza delle aspettative, un mix piacevole di rustico e moderno che dà subito la sensazione di "ben fatto". La meraviglia arriva la sera quando, usufruiamo della spa (piccola sauna molto moderna e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio) guardando le stelle. Un plauso anche alla colazione, servita dalla sempre gentile mamma di Corinne. Soggiorno a cui darei 6 stelle, complimenti!

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂

We had a great stay at Corinne’s property. It has an absolute scenic surrounding. Rooms and kitchen were super clean, warm and tidy. Corrine deserves a special appreciation. She was extremely nice and friendly and very responsive every time I asked her for any information. Her breakfast in the morning was 10 on 10 and it was our pleasure to meet Corinne and her kids. I would highly recommend this place for families. Would love to go back there someday.

Excellent accueil alors que nous sommes arrivés tardivement à l'appartement. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la réactivité des propriétaires et du gardien. Très bien équipé et propre. Jaccuzi et salle de sports. 30 min de transports en commun du Dôme de Milan.
