Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que tiene cerca tiendas de conveniencia, un parque, un mercado etc. Es muy tranquila la zona, la casa es muy acogedora y cuenta con todos los servicios. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión es muy amable y respetuoso. En general un muy buen lugar para descansar

Quedamos encantados con la casa súper cómoda, Súper ubicación, Único detalle no tiene ventiladores la casa es fresca pero para personas calurosas si haría falta ventiladores!

Muy buena Experiencia.. La Casa fue muy comoda y es muy agradable para Familias completas... Hay buena distribucion para que los niños convivan... Seguramente sera opcion para un futuro... :)

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Notre séjour chez Kyra s'est très bien passé. Kyra est très réactive et toujours disponible pour aider. Nous avons pu profiter du quartier qui est très sécuritaire et où il fait bon se promener. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pied, métro, centre commercial, supermarché, ... Si nous devons revenir un jour à Mexico, alors nous reviendrons avec plaisir à cette adresse.

Es un departamento muy bonito! La ubicación es excelente, caminando en 5 minutos estás en paseo de la reforma! Como familia nos la pasamos muy bien. Ampliamente recomendado!

Everything was perfect during our stay in Mexico City. Communication was quick and easy, check in was effortless, the apartment was exactly what was pictured and described on line. Great location, next to bars, restaurants and tiendas, very walkable. Thanks for a great stay!

What an incredible stay! From weeks out to the last day, René was the most communicative and friendly Airbnb host I’ve ever had- and I’ve had many! He welcomed us like we were family. The Airbnb is beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself. The surrounding area is beautiful and has so many restaurants, shopping and bars but is still peaceful. René went out of his way to make sure we were so comfortable. I sleep very hot, so Rene’s brought over some extra fans so that I would not be hot. Overall this was such an wonderful experience, so don’t hesitate to book your stay with René as your Mexico City trip will be amazing!!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento superó las expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una estación de metro prácticamente enfrente; la limpieza y el orden con que lo encontramos eran impecables; todo en el apartamento funcionaba muy bien; Marcela siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto a hora de llegada y salida; las instrucciones para ubicar el lugar fueron claras y precisas; lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

This apartment is great - easily walkable to different parts of the city and close to many restaurants, bars and parks. The best part is the private roof deck, great to spend time laying out in the sun for a break from the city :) I traveled with a good friend, and this apartment was able to transition to a 2 bedroom easily, which was great to have a little more privacy. The hosts provided detailed instructions on entry into the apartment, we had no problems even though we arrived around midnight. They were also responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would stay again!

This is the perfect location and perfect little place for a couple’s first visit to CDMX. Location is ideal—in the center of so many things to do (and eat) but still off the main roads enough that it’s mostly quiet. We especially loved having breakfast on the rooftop patio. Adorable place and Carla really thought of everything in terms of what we might need so the stay went very smoothly.

Great apartment! We loved our stay here, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos and the patio is really amazing. We loved drinking coffee out there on a morning! The location is perfect, walkable to condesa with local shops, restaurants etc on your doorstep too. Victoria was really responsive with any questions we had. The doormen were also super friendly and we really appreciated how they resolved any small issues. If this place is available for your trip - book it!

This was such a nice neighborhood. Walkable to Walmart express groceries and tons of bakeries and restaurants. A park across the street with dogs and a taco stand. Nice to open the windows and also use the AC unit in the master bedroom. The shower was amazing always like to have a hand held shower head for long hair which they did not have just a huge rain shower but the bathtub was very nice so was the outside courtyard. Loved having a person in the lobby at all times. Recommend very much.

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean, cozy, and had a great vibe, exactly like the photos, maybe even better. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and all the trees outside made it feel like waking up in a jungle tucked away in the city. The location was also perfect, with great spots to eat and explore nearby. Super smooth check-in and great communication. Would totally stay here again!

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip. Komfortabel, großzügig, gehobenes Niveau, tolle Terrasse, toller Pool, tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand und Sergio hat alles bestens organisiert. Unser nächster Trip nach CDMX führt uns sicher wieder in Sergios Wohnung. Kleiner Hinweis: montags ist der Pool wegen Pflege geschlossen.

Luis’s place is a wonderful base to explore Mexico City from. Located across from a park, it is a short distance to many wonderful restaurants. The place itself was as described, spotless, and had plenty of supplies for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others without hesitation!

Rene's place was perfect for four of us. Great location with plenty of room. The patio was a huge plus and the 24 hour doorman was nice as well. Highly recommend!

The location was fabulous with restaurants and coffee within walking distance and it was very easy to get an uber. The apartment was very clean and our family felt relaxed after a day of exploring the city. Great vacation.

The photos do not do this place justice. It's a fantastic space for solo travelers but can easily accommodate two people. The washing machine was a nice bonus! The outdoor patio felt like an oasis; I spent every morning out there relaxing and reading my book. 100 percent recommend.
