Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The property is perfectly right for us, a family of 6. The 2 rooms are clean and spacious. The living room with smart tv (I think it's a 65") and a bluetooth speaker was amazing, we had a comfortable time binge-watching. The kitchen was superb, with complete stuff from plates, utensils, cookware etc. Drinking water is free of course. The pool was just perfect for us, who don't know how to swim 😆😆😆. The kids enjoyed it. The depth was enough for swimming or dipping, whichever you prefer. And lastly, I'd like to say a big thank you to the guy who accommodated our request for guava leaves. Sorry, we forgot to ask for the name. My mom had a swollen toe due to a recent pedicure and we had to "langgas" it with bayabas leave. Mr. Nice Guy had to ask from a neighbor since they don't have a guava tree. Thank you so much!!!! Will definitely be back.

Very nice and cozy place! Very accomodating and friendly hosts. We love the view and the interiors of the house. We just think it would be better to have an aircondition unit at the ground floor for the guests to be more comfortable especially during summer. One of the best airbnb's we've experienced. Will recommend this to friends. And will definitely book again 🫶

okay yung location ng place since may 7 Eleven bago pumasok ng gate so pag may need, may malapit na bilihan lang. super spacious ng house, rooms are clean except for the comforter medyo unpleasant yung smell nya, i think di napatuyo or nalabhan before putting it sa bed but overall experience okay 👌🏻

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. well sir Allan's place is clean and accessible siya sa lahat a peaceful place to relax while you are having a short vacay here from province,my kids enjoy talaga sila.we are a repeat customer na for so many times for 2years.we are very comfortable at sir Allan and ma'am Nancy's place, kahit midnight na kmi mag check in na accommodate pa din kami nila sir and ma'am,.and kagandahan Kasi if Meron ka sarakyan Meron na parkingan not all of sir Allan's place but very easy lang talaga kaya thanks so much sir/ma'am we are very happy sa aming paulit ulit na staycation sa inyong unit❤️❤️🙏🙏god bless po sa inyo

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in.
