Rebecca was great , the place is perfect because of location. It is near everything and if I had any questions Rebecca would answer as soon as she could.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the condo. The condo was clean, roomy, lots of seating, had all the essentials and some. The condo was very thoughtfully stocked with family games, books, kitchen, bath items above and more, definitely beyond what most condo host provide. We’ll definitely stay at the condo again if it’s available next time we’re on the island.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

we really enjoy this place, everything was clean and accurate, just like the pictures. the kitchen had eveverything we needed to cook a meal. I like that the coffe maker was not a kuering, I prefer to make more than one cup at a time. we will definitely be going back.

It was a quick getaway for my family. It was easy to get to and the instructions provided were straightforward and helpful. Quiet and peaceful stay and area. Close to the beach as described and easy access. Pool and hot tub were heated and clean. Overall a good experience, we would rent again. Thank you.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

We sure enjoyed our stay at Sol studio as well as white cap beach! We enjoyed the ambience of the vintage room. We stayed at along with great cups of coffee. We loved renting the golf cart and going up and down the beach!! 🏖️ Loved the sunsets n sunrises!!

My husband and I were house hunting for our next forever home. The place was magical Jeffery and Julie had everything there for a wonderful stay. Access to all the amenities. The pool is beautiful. The beach is right there. We set on the patio early in the morning 🌄 and watched every sunrise 🌅 Amazing place.

We had so much fun over the weekend. We met up with some friends that live in the local area so getting around was a breeze for us. We were there over Sandfest weekend in Port Aransas, which is a bit of a drive, but enjoyed every minute of it. Our condo room was very well supplied including anything you may need for cooking in the kitchen. The king size bed was very cozy also. As we looked around in the closets there were many things for kids to do such as board games and beach toys, also coolers and chairs for the beach. They thought of everything! Definitely recommend a stay there and we will surely stay again next time! Thank You

Fui con mi familia y nos encantó, el lugar es muy lindo, muy limpio, igual a las fotos y lo mejor es que está muy cerca de la playa, se podía ir caminando. El departamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario, desde productos de limpieza, hasta productos de higiene personal. Definitivamente volvería!!!!

We had the absolute best time at Mike’s place. Plenty of room, great amenities very responsive to requests and questions. Perfect spot for a family. Great for dogs to run around in the big backyard. Loved having the option of renting a golf cart. We will definitely be back and bring more family members. Location was fantastic. You could walk to restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay for a long weekend, we can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed here this past weekend with our two kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Port A. The location couldn’t have been better, and the house had everything we needed to truly relax and have fun. Between the huge pool, two golf carts, endless games, and a beautiful fenced-in backyard with outdoor activities, there was always something to do. The kitchen was super well-stocked, which made cooking a breeze, and we were just minutes away from all the best local food spots. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Ryan—can’t wait to come back!

The listing says three bathrooms, but there are actually 4; 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. Please note. This is not a “party” house. There are full-time neighbors to be considered, and it’s a beautifully decorated place. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay, it’s perfect. Hosts are very responsive and check out instructions are clear. We hope to return soon. You can’t beat the location, and the pool and spa were wonderful.

We always love our time at Palmilla Beach! the pools, the restaurants, the green space and live music...such a great summer beach town vibe. Loved the house, it was clean and comfortable and beautiful. Had everything we needed. Loved that the host was on property and able to help us when we needed a hand. Would rent again, loved it!

Absolutely wonderful place! walking distance from the beach. It was a very beautiful and clean environment. it had an outdoor shower to rise off the pup. rented a golf cart on site. I will definitely be back in the future. highly recommend this place or any in the same area. my new favorite place!

We stayed a month at Mackenzie's home and enjoyed our stay. Mackenzie was always responsive when I messaged her, and friendly. Our Boxer Sella enjoyed the big fenced in back yard. We would definitely recommend long or short term. Thank you again

We had a great stay at the Crab Shack. Place was super cute, modern and neat & clean. Location was walking distance to the beach, and only 10 minutes drive to the national park & gorgeous beaches. First time in N. Padre, we can’t wait to go back.
