Vous y jouirez d'un vue grandiose sur le vieux village viticole d’Auvernier, le lac et les Alpes. A pied par les chemins de vigne, vous serez au bord du lac en 10 minutes, en train à Neuchâtel en 6 minutes. Les balades pittoresques, randonnées, musées et restaurants vous y attendent. Train, bus et tram sont à proximité immédiate. Possibilité de paresser dans le jardin!

The apartment offers two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bright, unique gallery. The semi-open kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for those who appreciate contact with the living area. The apartment's two balconies are particularly noteworthy. Both balconies offer an impressive panoramic view of the mountains.

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).
