If your looking for that log cabin in the north this is it. Very beautiful outside and peaceful atmosphere cabin had great interior aspects post and beams vaulted ceiling and an awesome fire place. Close enough to all Pittsburgh has to offer. Very stay and play.

The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Great cabin! Remote and beautiful. Hot tub was lovely. James was communicative and his folks took care of snow plowing right away after a storm. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

Amazing location to explore all sides of Mt. Washington and the White Mountains. Had a great month xc skiing at Jackson XC Center, Great Glenn Trails, and Bretton Woods. Wake up to the smell of coffee and bacon from the breakfast & lunch cafe below. Wonderful architecture, high ceilings, and comfortable furniture. Location is on the main road with road noise but wasn't a problem for me. Close to all of the conveniences but even closer to the mountains. Nice hot shower with lots of water pressure.

Suzanne was a wonderful host- very responsive to our texts. Her home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great for winter activities , restaurants and breweries.

Great spot, less than half an hour from sugarloaf and considerably less expensive, very home away from home feel with everything you could need and more, very responsive and helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful weekend in Newry. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had. The space is beautifully decorated and just enough space for the two of us. It was peaceful and private. We missed out on snowmobiling due to the warm weather but we enjoyed riding our e-bikes. We will definitely return with our machines next winter. Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Great location for skiing at Sunday River and getting to town for food. All 7 of us were comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The waffle maker was a big hit! The neighborhood is quiet and great for long walks.
