The suite was beautiful, well appointed, very clean and comfortable! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, a very fun and comfortable place to stay!

Susan’s place is a beautiful home with lots of charm and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, even baking ingredients were available as well as snacks and plenty of coffee supplies. The only thing a guest might want to know in advance is that the bed is quite squeaky. Once you’d settled in to the comfy middle it was fine but getting in and out did make a bit of noise. Nothing that would keep us from coming back, we had a great weekend despite the rain!

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

The property is excellent. I would recommend going before Labor Day as a lot of local businesses including the amusement park shut down for the season. Unless traveling out of town you don’t need a vehicle to get around, you’re right off the beach and at the end of Main Street, everything is within walking distance. Yingqiao was very responsive and always got back to my messages within the hour. The condo is plenty big for a large party and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need and quite large. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is also a new washer and dryer so you don’t need to overpack you can wash your clothes. The large outdoor balcony where you have views of pretty much the entire Main Street was amazing. Did not know that there would be great views like that. I highly recommend this property and we will most likely be coming back earlier in the season and checking out anything we missed. A+

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The condo is in the most perfect location right near the beach and the cute town. Our boys loved that we could walk right outside and be able to walk the town and go right to the beach. The condo is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the water. It was so easy to take our boys to the beach being so close. We especially loved enjoying the sunset at night and walking the beach. The pool was also very nice and great for the kids. I can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you Stephen and. Pauline you are a blessing to us! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Logement très bien situé pour l'accès à la plage. Très propre pour une location en fin de saison. Par contre, il faut laisser les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit du train qui passe derrière l' immeuble. Nous avons eu un peu d' inquiétude pour la sécurité dans le voisinage lié au bar de la plage à proximité.

Cute, quiet condo within walking distance of everything! 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to downtown/restaurants. And two bodegas right across the street.

Alice’s condo in Old Orchard Beach is exactly as advertised. It was in sparkling condition when we arrived, it’s a very short walk to the beach (when we were able to tear the kids away from the pool!), and it is the perfect distance from the center of town: close enough to walk, but far enough away to enjoy some privacy and distance from the crowds. We even managed to squeeze in a quick workout in the small gym. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much, Alice!

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

Very comfortable and lovely 2BR unit with a nice deck and a good amount of natural lighting thru windows. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and easily walkable. We used the great kitchen quite a bit. Modern appliances. Tastefully decorated. Nice collection of board games and books that the kids appreciated. Very lovely and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Wells! An absolutely beautiful home with every amenity! Sharon was responsive, kind, and flexible with our stay. We enjoyed cooking and watching the Super Bowl in the amazing home theater! Do not miss out on this fantastic listing!

Ashley was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and anytime I reached out to her, she answered back within minutes. She was friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable communicating with her-Personally, I feel those are important things that make a great host. I went to her cabin for relaxing getaway with my boyfriend, and that’s exactly what I got. The area is private, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. It had a hot tub and sauna which completely makes it worth every dollar. When checking out, she hardly requires much cleanup. I usually don’t mind doing that and I do it anyway, but it was nice to know I didn’t have to. I’ve been to places that require trash, laundry, and dishes before checking out. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin..5 stars!

My husband and I took a quick trip to the cottage with our dog. The house had so many amazing amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa-like experience! The hot tub was wonderful, and the massage chair and sauna were SO relaxing! Just what we needed for a little pampering! The house was equipped with all the needs for our dog and we loved the fenced in yard so we could let her out and not have to worry! The bed was super comfy, sheets and towels of luxury quality! Camille was a stellar host...if I could give 10 starts, I would. Made a great restaurant recommendation and my husband and I had a lovely dinner out! Thank you for everything!
