È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, la dimora è curata sapientemente nei minimi dettagli, nulla è lasciato al caso. Ci siamo rilassati nella splendida jacuzzi dopo una giornata passata ad immergerci tra le delizie enogastronomiche e culturali di questo angolo di Sicilia. Henry ha risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra domanda. L’assistenza è stata eccellente, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa stupenda dimora e, data l’esperienza ci tornerò sicuramente!

Tutto come da descrizione. Ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima accoglienza e posto ben attrezzato con bellissima piscina. Casa con tutte le comodità e stupenda vista mare. Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato fino a pochi gg fa' per 15 gg nell'appartamento in Villa Eloisiana ed e' stato un po' come non uscire dalla propria abitazione. Adriana e Mimmo sono due Persone ospitali e allo stesso tempo discrete che di questi tempi trovarle non ha prezzo. Un ringraziamento anche ai ragazzi!! Appartamento dotato di ogni confort compresa Aria condizionata , non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto la brezza che tirava nella proprieta' era sufficiente a garantire refrigerio. La vista della Campagna circostante la Villa insieme ai tramonti ed ai grilli riesce a restituire la calma di cui nutrire l'animo dopo un'intero anno lavorativo. Una cosa molto apprezzata, dato che viaggiavamo con un cane , e' stata la presenza di 3 cani molto docili sia con il nostro ma soprattutto con i bimbi. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Our stay was very enjoyable. We recommend this place to relax, but a few things were missing from the description of airbnb: basic spices, oil, soap, gel, shampoo, irons, window blinds, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Despite this, the location is great with a sea view and a place to eat on the terrace. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed could be more comfortable. House equipment at the appropriate level. The beach is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. We are happy to visit this place again and recommend it to friends. Regards

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, alloggio molto vicino al centro, pulito!

Very pleasant host. Easy to communicate and friendly. We have got a free transfer from the train station and breakfast voucher as a present on checkout. All basic household devices were present and worked fine. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and car rental. Historical places of Syracuse located within 20 minutes walk. Excellent price/value option.

L'appartamento, dotato di tutto il necessario, funzionale e pulito, è in una posizione ottima, appena fuori dal caos del borgo, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio dedicato della struttura è un plus importante, considerando che, ad agosto inoltrato, è difficile trovare posto in paese, se non a pagamento. Consigliatissimo.

Wir fanden den Ort direkt vor der Altstadt super, wegen der vielen Touristen besser als in der Altstadt, und ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle der Flughafenbusse sind auch nebenan. Auch eine super gute Eisdiele ist ganz nah. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend, das Bad ist schön orientalisch bunt, die Küche zweckmäßig. Am Anfang war es noch sehr kalt, aber die Heizung (hier eine Klimaanlage) hat den Raum gut aufheizen können. Wir sind rundum zufrieden!

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung! Gut eingerichtet. liegt im Außenbereich in einer Bebauung mit vier- fünfstöcken Häusern. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert mit einem elektronisch steuerbaren Tor. Beim Berufsverkehr einiges los auf der Straße, sonst aber in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat einen Balkon. Man kann zu Fuß zum archäologischen Park gehen, etwa 10-15 Minuten, dort sind vormittags sowieso alle Parkplätze belegt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gut eingewiesen in die Wohnung und dann noch wichtige Tipps gegeben, z.B. Restaurant, Einkaufen, Parken.

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

La struttura è impeccabile, pulita e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è perfetta, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. Il Teatro Greco e Ortigia sono veramente a due passi come descrivono i proprietari i quali sono stati estremamente accoglienti e disponibili, pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consiglio vivamente questa casa vacanze e tornerò di sicuro. Grazie per tutto!

Wir hatten trotz unserer verspäteten Ankunft einen herzlichen Empfang durch Alex. Er hat uns das Haus gut erklärt und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit und das schöne Interieur. Es war auch für Selbstversorger genug Geschirr da, alles funktionierte tadellos. Vielen Dank auch für Wasser, Öl, Schokolade, Nudeln etc und die gute Flasche Liquör, die uns das Ankommen sehr erleichterten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

Loved this space. The hosts were amazingly helpful and kind especially when our plane was delayed getting across to Sicily. They left thoughtful food in the house so we didn’t need to shop as soon as we arrived and the house was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again some time and would definitely recommend.
