ホストの方の対応がとても優しく、親切で、こちらの希望にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。 家もとても綺麗でした、外はとても静かで緑もあり穏やかな景色も楽しめます。 今回は友人達と、バーベキューをさせて頂きましたが、人目を気にせずとても優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。 是非また機会があれば宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。

We were a family of four staying at Fu-Ga’s charming little house for six nights—and we truly wished we could have stayed longer! It was by far the most lovingly cared-for, cleanest, best-organized, and best-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever experienced. A fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a complete laundry setup with everything you could need, and even a small terrace made our stay extra comfortable. The house had a wonderfully fresh atmosphere and a pleasant scent throughout—perfect for relaxing and spending a quiet day at home. It’s set in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the train station. Most of all, the host’s warmth, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness made us feel completely at home. Truly a perfect stay—our highest recommendation!

This was by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. Toru was super responsive and helpful with any queries prior to check in. When we mentioned that we were going to BBQ, he gave recommendations for shops to buy meat and other groceries from. He even went the super extra mile and helped to set up the BBQ seats/equipment and even lit a fire for us with his own charcoal, all before we arrived!!! I believe Toru has far exceeded the bar for Japanese hospitality. Instead of feeling like a typical guest in any hotel/Airbnb stay, he made us feel like we were distant relatives visiting him for the day. Amenities in the house were amazing and perfectly maintained too! 11/10 would recommend this place. Bonus points cause there’s cats.

This mountain cabin was a delightful breath of fresh air during our family trip around Japan. It worked really well for us to have 3 separate bedrooms and our own personal indoor/outdoor onsen. As other guests have mentioned, the home is not well insulated so it does get quite cold during the spring nights. Certain parts of the house are not heated at all, such as the kitchen and bathing area. However, the main living room has a lovely view of Kirishima and Sakurajima (when the weather is clear) and stays toasty warm even in cold weather. Overall, it was a really unique experience and we took full advantage of the hot spring onsen.

とても清潔で寝やすいベッドで大変快適な滞在になりました！ 自炊するのも調理器具が揃っていて、エアビーでほとんど自炊しました！ 近くに渓谷があり、散歩も気持ちよく、またベランダからやまびこが綺麗に返ってくるスポットがあり感動しました！

Good place for a group to stay. Within a 10 minute walking distance to the beach and a great market. Best to have a car if you need to go outside Aoshima, though the train is just a couple blocks from the house (you can even see it from the kitchen window). Hosts are very kind and responsive!

Siamo stati un mese presso questo alloggio, ed è stato veramente molto piacevole Sebbene abbiamo sentito dei terremoti siamo stati subito tranquillizzati sia dall’host che dai residenti nei dintorni, l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile e vorremmo ritornare di nuovo in futuro☺️

Fairly sizable single family home in the outskirts of Miyazaki City, ample parking and beds, a quick drive from the airport and beaches. Great for staying with family. Friendly and responsive hosts. Second time staying here and I will repeat if available.surroundings feel rural but if you have a car, it’s relatively accessible to restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommended.

和朋友拖着行李箱从鹿儿岛中央车站步行到房源大概10分钟左右。周边是居民区和公园，晚上很安静。房间非常新，和照片描述一致。客厅，卧室空间都很大。卫生间干湿分离还能洗衣服，给我们带来了很多便利。性价比很高的一套房源，非常推荐。

What a lovely lady! We were treated like royalty! When we left, after 2 very comfortable nights, we were given amazing bento boxes for our train journey. Also lots of other treats during our stay. If you are looking for a modern apartment this may not be for you…but we loved it.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Verbleib braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar etwas vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber man kommt schnell mit der Bahn oder der Tram dorthin. Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in Kagoshima bin.

Great cosy and well fitted apartment. I really loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Yu was very helpful and quick to answer any questions and the apartment was very clean and a pleasure to stay in!

整体入住体验还不错。房源内的设施，与描述相符，也很干净。距离鹿儿岛中央站很近，大概 5-10 分钟的步行距离，很方便。 房源地址需要注意下，预订里的地址和房东发信息提供的地址有些不同，以房东信息提供的为准。另外，需要等到3点后入住。想提前寄存行李的，需要在入住签到处与房东视频沟通，寄存行李，多留出些时间即可。

Really nice place, the backyard terrace is a nice touch. Also great that we had a parking place. We heard airplanes since 7-8am. For us it was convenient location but without a car you’re not able to fully see Miyazaki.

After 3 weeks in Japan, i can easily say this was by far the best bang for the buck place we stayed in. Great roomy apartment, walkable from the main train station, right next to shopping streets. The city itself deserves more attention from visitors. Stay at Perch for your home base to explore!
