ホストの方がとても親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズに過ごすことができました。お部屋も写真通り清潔で、居心地の良い空間でした。周辺にはコーヒー屋さんや美味しいラーメン屋さん、コンビニもあって、利便性がとても高く快適に滞在できました。旅行や出張など、どんなシーンでも安心して利用できると思います。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです！ありがとうございました😊

Had a great stay at Fuyumi’s place in Kagoshima! Great location for getting around and exploring, room was lovely and clean and importantly, quiet in the evenings for when you need that beauty sleep! Fuyumi was great throughout and all the instructions were very helpful. Definitely recommend this for Couples or a small group of friends.

房间很大，非常的干净，日常用品齐备，智能马桶，冰箱，厨具，微波炉都有。浴室也很棒，洗澡舒服。民宿就在中央站旁边，坐车，逛街都特方便。

こちらの予約ミスがあったのですが、丁寧に対応して頂きとてもありがたかったです。ホテルもオシャレで清潔感があり、また是非利用させて頂きたいです！

鹿児島中央駅にも 近くアクセスがとても良かったです。 子供連れだったので トイレ別、広い風呂、キッチンで とても良かったです。

Located south of Miyazaki City, the place is a free-standing house with mountains on one side and nearby rice paddies on the other. Though it's a bit far from the stations or busses, it's about 20-25m walk from the Nichinan line. There is a large supermarket (Aeon) within 15m walk, however. There is plenty of hiking either in mountains or to the extensive coastline near the Undokoen sports complex area or to Aoshima with its unique geological formations. The house has a large kitchen with a 3-burner stovetop and grill, a large sized refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, a 'L' shaped couch and TV, along with a good sized bathroom. As a bonus, there is even a dryer, which is incredibly rare in Japan, especially at this price. Seasonings and oil are also available for cooking. You can sleep on the floor in either a Japanese style room (tatami) or Western style (hardwood). There is also a large deck outside. Tatsuya is laid-back and personable. Would highly recommend.

写真よりも実際はさらに高級感があるお家でした！シミュレーションゴルフやサウナ、バーベキューをして楽しみましたが、特にサウナは110度まで温度が上がるので最高でした！ また宮崎でゴルフの際に利用させて頂きます。 おすすめのお肉屋さんも教えていただきありがとうございました。

Nice quiet house located at the end of the road. It has a private onsen. We enjoyed our stay here, especially with the onsen.

This place is perfect of families and friends looking to stay in Aoshima. There are lots of activities provided by the host, though you need to inform them first. We especially enjoy the ping-pong table! All necessities were provided and we felt right at home. Highly recommended this place!

House was perfect for our two small families of 4 adults and 3 young kids! Great location and close to restaurants, shopping areas and bus / train stops. Host responds with questions immediately and very easy to check-in / check-out. Thank you!

Convenient location, very cozy place fully equipped, super responsive and friendly host helped us to book transportation as well💕 we’re 8 people so it was a bit chaotic to share one bathroom but it’s okay:) recommend for group travellers

Guest house 非常舒適, 真有家的感覺. 由於此屋新装修, 大部份的傢具都是新的, 好似新搬入去住. 所有家電一應俱全, 而且附近有Aeon及很多餐廳, 不愁食, 哈哈.... Nayuta 回覆超快, 而且有求必應, 下次如再到宮崎, 必定再入住.

After 3 weeks in Japan, i can easily say this was by far the best bang for the buck place we stayed in. Great roomy apartment, walkable from the main train station, right next to shopping streets. The city itself deserves more attention from visitors. Stay at Perch for your home base to explore!
