This homely one bedroom flat is perfect for small family trips to London area. Purley offers a range of convenience stores, bars, restaurants and a 24 hr Tesco store. By train, regular services run from Purley station to London Bridge (22 minutes), London Victoria (23 minutes), East Croydon (7 minutes) and Gatwick airport (24 minutes). A short drive from Purley via the Brighton Road (A23) is Junction 7 of the M25 and Junction 8 of the M23 providing road access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

There is a small garden at the front for sitting outside on sunny days. The apartment is situated close to Streatham Common, with a number of different transport links (trains, buses) available. There are fantastic local amenities close by, and also nice pubs, coffee shops.
