Terrific place to stay. Gold Coast apartments is a nice place

This was a great Airbnb. 7 of us stayed here comfortably (4 adults, 3 kids). The instructions to get into the parking lot, into the building & into our rental itself were clear step-by-step and included pictures. So helpful. The apartment was so clean. The bathrooms smelled of bleach and had clearly been well cleaned. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. The huge windows and beautiful view of the city was a major bonus. This apt felt very safe, inside a secure building with staff at the front desk. This apt is so close to Grant Park, tons of restaurants and a very short Uber to the museum campus as well. Plus, Target like 1-2 blocks away in case you need anything! Overall, we had a great stay & this Airbnb is definitely a great find. The only (very small) complaint we had is maybe not quite enough towels. We had to reuse 2 for the kids. Some additional ‘extra’ blankets/throws would be nice also, as we always seem to be a little chilly in rentals.

STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

This listing was very safe, clean, and peaceful. The elevator was in working order during my month-long stay, and the stairs work just fine. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. There unfortunately was a lot of static cling in the bedding, so I needed to re-wash and dry them with my own dryer sheets to remove the discomfort of electric shock. The kitchen had everything I needed with additional pots, plates, and utensils. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer and walk-in closet area, which was sufficient for my needs. The neighborhood is quiet, and the walls/floors are thick and sound proof. The label on the lock pad has worn off, so finding the key was a little bit confusing at first. But I was able to figure it out using the photos provided. I was very grateful for the free street parking—I always found a spot within a 2 block radius! I would 100% book this listing again.

Everything about it was great! I don’t recommend using the parking across the street. Paid $31 a day. Never used my car because public transportation was easier. Got in my car today to go home (10 hour drive!!!) and someone was cut my Cadillac converter off :( but as far as the place it was GREAT!!!

I had a great stay. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I had a couple questions at the beginning and the host always responded quickly and was super friendly! I always enjoy staying somewhere a little outside of downtown, and this spot was an easy bus ride or train ride to wherever I wanted to go. There’s also a great coffee shop a block away, and some great food nearby too! I loved the birria taco spot.

Great Airbnb in a fantastic location. Very central and close to many attractions including millennium park, the lake, art institute, museums campus (field museum, shedd aquarium and planetarium). Clean and well maintained.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

This rental was even better than the photos. Gorgeous condo. My kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor pool was awesome to have as one of our days was too cold and windy for beach or outdoor pool. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balconies. Location can’t be beat, right next to the Stray Dog. Jason was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We hope to return to this great spot!

We had a wonderful time in Pilsen neighborhood. Michael & Alex are wonderful hosts and who have a beautiful home. They let us have a later check out and was very much needed after my kids being at Concert night before. No issues with communication, always very fast and clear instructions. We went to Lollapalooza and shopping. It was a little tricky figuring out the bus schedule and El, but not an issue really. They helped us with that too. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building are so nice and welcoming. Parking is on the street right next to the building and never had an issue finding parking spot. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful spot, cannot be be beat, was a block away from our favorite pizza spot and a few blocks from our dumpling place. The rooftop view is stunning, panoramic view of the city. As for the apt — it was very well laid out, maximizing all of the space and the softest couch we’ve had in any Airbnb to date. Hosts were in constant communication and we were only there for a long weekend university visit. Very happy with the place, would use again this summer or for any future visits to the city.

Great Communication with us. Pictures make it bigger then it is, but still cozy and nice for 4 of us. Had some issues that they resolved same day with the washer and Dryer, but in all it was a great stay!

This place is a gem! Great location, very safe, cozy atmosphere, lots to do! Treat yourself and book this condo - it's so wonderful!

Nice little home with a great backyard for the kids to run around in. Comfortable patio furniture so that the adults could relax for a minute while watching the kids. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for our stay!

Justine’s place was just as advertised! We came here for a funeral for one of family members and even though it was sad to be here for that purpose - her Airbnb was a comfort for our family! I was born and raised here in South Bend, however I live in North Carolina and this home was perfect for us during our stay here.

Couldn’t ask for a better Harbor Country home base. Great setting and chic design/decor. Close to too many attractions and food options! Would definitely recommend to friends, or a book again, especially during the summer months!

Mike is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is very quiet and safe.
