Superbe appartement situé au coeur du très joli village de Rutigliano. Les équipements et la décoration sont exactement comme sur les photos : du très haut niveau! Bravo!

Would 100% recommend Donna’s place. She is very responsive and answers quickly. You will find a cozy, clean and authentic room neatly renovated. Beds and pillows are memory foam and very comfortable. In the building you can have acces to a shared pool and sauna area wich is a HUGE plus for rainy or warm days. The rooftop terrace was also greatly decorated and a nice place enjoy the aperitivo. Rutigliano is also a very cute and underated town, i would recommend to stay here if you are looking for extra Italian charm. Again, thanks Donna for the tips around and your responsiveness. 🇮🇹🤗

L appartement est magnifiquement rénové, très bien équipé et correspond tout à fait à l annonce. Tout était très récent et propre , dans et à l’extérieur du logement ( terrasse sur le toit, espace spa). Idéalement situé, les parkings sont vraiment à 2 min à pied. La piscine à particulièrement plus aux enfants :-) Donna est très sympathique et réactive ! Je recommande vivement !

We had a lovely stay. The apartment and common areas have been sensitively renovated to balance modern amenity with the original character of the building. We appreciated the rooftop area for a drink at the end of the day and the pool which was such a great bonus. Donna was easy to communicate with and provided plenty of local recommendations. Rutigliano is well situated to enjoy the coast and Bari, but in a quiet, local setting. Thanks again for a great stay.

Palazzo De Lumi è una dimora splendida situata nel centro storico di Rutigliano, ristrutturato mantenendo inalterato l 'aspetto originario ,chicca dell alloggio è la Spa presente all 'interno della struttura . È stato semplice parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle vicinanze,ottima posizione per visitare le mete più ambite della zona. Ringrazio Donna per l ospitalità e Francesco,persona squisita e sempre disponibile che ha reso confortevole il nostro soggiorno!

what an amazing place !!!!!! . it was our first time to Monopoli and been situated just a 20min walk to the old town and access to the number 1 & 3 bus meant you can get to the town's train station very easily and cheaply the accommodation is well presented and very clean and tidy and all facilities worked. The washing machine down stairs was a real treat as it meant we could have packed less clothes . The bed was very comfortable and as the weather was very and hot we didn't need to use the sauna. There are 2 great supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away so all your food/drink needs are sorted. three areas number of small beaches nearby, some are free while others charge ( 30e for 2beds and an umbrella A special mention must go out to our contact ANNA who was so helpful with local information regarding restaurants/buses/ shopping. her response to any query was always prompt and helpful. can't wait to go back next year )

Fantastic place! Highly recommend staying here in Monopoli. The location was perfect. In a quieter area but a short walking distance to the old town and conveniently located near the train station which was perfect for taking day trips to surrounding towns. We were also easily able to find free street parking right outside. Tommaso was an excellent host. Extremely communicative even prior to our arrival and provided us with many excellent recommendations. The loft itself was beautiful. Had everything we needed and more and was beautifully designed/decorated. We hope to one day return to Monopoli and stay here again!
