Most underpriced listing in all of New Zealand. Incredible place. Even better than the pictures. The host is incredible and every detail has been thought through.

Siammone’s property was in a great location to walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The road is not busy and there is plenty of parking. The house is clean, tidy and homelike with everything you need. The fire was wonderful and made it cozy when cooler. Siammone is a perfect host - very helpful in all ways including supplying anything we needed, providing flexibility and extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you ! I highly recommend this wonderful place and it suited our family with small children.

Maddie’s place was effortlessly elegant and beautiful. So comfortable that we could wait to get back to the house after our sightseeing. The highlight of our trip was chillaxing at the house with plenty to read , Apps downloaded on the TV etc. the sun drenched, picturesque house was so clean and fresh and Maddie’s welcome note, warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Fab kitchen, fab indoor/ outdoor flow. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

A beautiful place to stay where we were surrounded by nature and enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing couple of days.

Our stay was perfect. Nicola is such an amazing host, giving us extra recommendations for the time with our kids. The location of the house is perfect. Awesome views to the sea and just an easy stroll to the playground and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth park. The house itself got everything we need, we felt super comfortable all the time. Will come back :)

We had a wonderful couple of days - we didn't know Wellington at all and were worried that the noise may be bad from the airport but it was very quiet and only a couple of times noticed planes coming and going. It was great having off-street parking and we we super comfortable in our rooms and very cosy. Had a lovely walk down at the end of the street. All in all a great place to be. My husband and I stayed at Steph's beautiful home with our daughter and grandchildren and enjoyed a lovely, homely stay. The weather was kind and the home is situated in a very quiet enclave that is very sheltered. Upstairs there is a lovely view of Lowry Bay from the main bedroom balcony. So close to local amenities with beautiful Days Bay a short drive away for a nice swim and eats in the quaint cafe overlooking the bay. Charming 20 min ferry ride to central Wellington for a shop and look around. Highly recommend this spot with the seclusion of a secret garden and the convenience of a great location.

We are an extended family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers, three generations. The apartment offered great open spaces and bedrooms that made living together a pleasure. Smack in the middle of town, yet in a secluded precinct with a pub below, the whole experience is quintessential Wellington. The entrance takes you from the service entrance for the pub, up 36 (approx) stairs into a massive two floor apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Everything worked! Many thanks to Sue and Monique for providing a great option for a Wellington break. Like everything on offer, it won't be for everyone. For our whanau, it was ideal.

This apartment was so perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the location, and living as we used to in Central Wellington, a city we all love. Sally was a brilliant host. She made everything easy and seamless. We will use her services again when we return to Wellington. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a very cool, spacious abode, for both families or a group of adults away for a fun weekend. No notes. Thank you so much for having us. Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. Alexandra and Matt are very welcoming, as their house and their garden, also Frankie the cat. For us this wonderful place was the perfect start for our new zealand round trip. Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

The house was peaceful and quiet, located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, 4 minutes walk to the bus stop, close to the CBD. The hosts (and the dog!) were lovely. I recommend it!

Very accurate description on the listing of what it was like to stay with Allie in Wadestown. I was there for a fortnight and became adjusted to the routines yet felt very undisturbed. It really suited my requirements at the time.

This was only a one night stay for us and we arrived very late and left very early in the morning. All we did was sleep in the bed quick and then leave right away. Therefore, I don’t have much that I can comment on, however, it definitely met our needs. Check in and check out was turn key. Thank you for the stay.
