Everything about this place is PERFECT. Upon opening the door, the smell of clean was amazing!!!!! Just from opening the door I just knew it was the right stay for two family's while at a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. The beds are comfy. The linens were clean and soft! The host were great! The host made you feel right at home, they had some fresh fruit, a box of Capri suns, few pops and waters and a bowl of snacks! The hot tub was clean and amazing! Fans in every room, the fridge has an ice machine and good tasting water. The host left laundry soap, dish washer soap and extra towels if needed, even for the hot tub! The yard was taken care of and nicely mowed. This place was decorated so cute!!!! Someone really took some time! The drive to the Expo center was about 20 mins wasn't bad at all! I really cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We will be back next year!!!!!!!

We are very happy with both the house and the easy walkability to restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with quality details. Plenty of space for two couples with a relaxing living room and outdoor firepit. The neighborhood is going through revitalization but we felt safe walking to and from the restaurants at night. our two favorite meals were dinner at La Bodeguita de Mima (easy walk) and breakfast at Grailhaus (5 min drive). We can't wait to return!

This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, and super comfortable! Private, off-street parking - in a gorgeous backyard. Easy walk to Bardstown. Highly recommend & big thanks to Kristen for an amazing stay.

Great place for large groups. The 2 house setup allowed for loud kids in 1 space, and sleeping babies in a separate space, which was perfect for our group. Linens are soft, and beds are comfortable. The game rooms and accessories are a great bonus to have.

There were four adults, and we had a great time at Ronnie’s home. We felt it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the whole house, but especially the backyard.

Highly recommend! Very cute , clean home . We loved the sauna and the hot tub , back yard is a great place to chill . Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

It was a great spot for our family! We have two littles who loved the kids room and the kitchen allowed us to cook at home and still have plenty of space for the kids to play. Also, walking distance to an adorable park. Perfect spot for families!

I had no idea how much of a gem this place was. Great location in general and tons of places to walk to for food, drinks, or coffee. Place was cute and very clean. Instructions and details to get in were spot on and clear. We missed out on some activities we wanted to do because of the weather but if we come back to Louisville we would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay here for the Kentucky Derby! The Highlands is a great area with so much to do, and Bethany's house is just a short walk from Bardstown Road. It was quiet despite being close to a busy area. The bed and couch are comfy, and the entire living area is so cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

my husband and I visited Louisville for a few days and had a lovely stay as Tess's place. inside was beautiful with lovely hardwoods and exposed brick. There is a deck with a nice backyard with a gorgeous tree. The location is fairly walkable to the Nulu area, we would even walk to downtown and back. Tess is very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Jaclyn’s place is STUNNINGLY beautiful — definitely the prettiest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The art and furniture are so thoughtfully curated that it felt like we were staying in a Pinterest board. And yet, everything was also really comfortable. The bed is SO COMFY and the blackout curtains make sleeping in very easy. Tons to do in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Ruth’s description of this historic home. Felt like I was part of the history itself. As we got home from great dinner at nearby restaurant, we engaged ourselves to the historic ghost tour that was taking place across the street on Mansion Row. What a treat! Apartment had every amenity. Loved the coffee bar.

Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Awesome place and an awesome time was had. Easy to find, lots of places in close proximity. Convenient to downtown. Beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the table and chairs on the deck, nice place for our nightcap. Weather was perfect for outdoor sitting.

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Stayed in this terrific 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for two nights while my wife and I visited nearby relatives. Excellent location; easy check-in and great communication. Strongly recommend! We will definitely be a repeat customers!
