The description and details of this place don't do it justice. It was a wonderfully clean, cozy, and peaceful environment. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it! The price is fantastic for such a lovely spot.

What a wonderful, cozy stay!

It was a great location with 15 minute drive to airport. It was perfect. She made recommendations for dinner which was very helpful plus gave an extended check out time due to late flight. Less time at airport is always welcomed.

Thomas and Angela’s place was the perfect place for my sons and I! It was clean, easy to find, and convenient for our event in Louisville. Angela was very communicative and friendly. Lots of great extras and attention to detail!!

We had a really great stay here. The hot tub seemed to be having trouble filtering and I notified the host. Host was super nice and responsive. Beautiful surroundings and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean home in a great scenic spot, right on the river. Plenty of parking, kitchen supplies, and household items. Fire pit and swing set were a wonderful surprise. Short drive to grocery and other stores.

Such a lovely place! The apartment was tastefully decorated. Every family member we ran into was very friendly and accommodating. We felt fortunate getting a tour around the property. The animals we met were super cute! I’d be happy to let their calf drool on my shoes any day!

The house was beautiful and everything we needed for our short stay in Tennessee! Nice and secluded. Check in was very easy and the entire trip went without issue, I completely recommend this gorgeous ranch house!

This year was the 4th time we've made our annual trek to Knoxville to visit family, and Alex's house is my favorite stay yet. It's located in Farragut, a lovely area of Knoxville. The neighborhood the house is in is very quiet. The house is well equipped and very clean. With the property meeting our expectations, I would add that Alex's responsiveness and clear instructions exceeded our expectations. When the coffee maker stopped working, he sent a new one. When I asked a question about how something worked, he explained it clearly. Then I realized that I'd already seen those instructions in his very clear house manual--I'd just forgotten what I read.

We felt welcome and invited from the moment we arrived. Cooking was a breeze in the well stocked kitchen. Lots of little extra touches made us feel right at home. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return again on our next visit.

I stayed here with a coworker while we worked the outage at Watts Bar power plant. This home was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Location was great. Quite place to have a coffee on the deck. I would recommend staying here and will definitely stay again. Thank you.

this was the perfect place to rest our head and wash up in between being with family. It's a very cute studio. If I had to be nit picky maybe I'd ask for a curtain on the entrance door window. It's mirrored glass, but I just get freaked out easily at night lol. But it was a perfect stay and Vince was so kind to us❤️. (we even got a pretty view of some deer out back😍)

I really enjoyed my stay at John’s place. It reminded me of why Airbnb can be so much better than hotels. The place is very thoughtfully curated including all the things that we needed for our space. The fact that it’s so beautiful made it feel like such a luxurious getaway, even though I was in town for a short period on business..

Mary was an incredible host! The loft was very well maintained and had a wonderful view!

What a great place right by market square in Knoxville! The location is really so convenient. We drove over to market square in 5 mins. The single car garage was such a perk. Also, there were codes to get in the building and another to get in the unit so I felt completely safe. The loft was spotless and very comfortable. I have to add that the bed sheets smelled so fresh…my husband said I sounded like a laundry commercial each night when I climbed in bed! I really appreciated the modern but minimalist decor. Our host was fantastic! Great communication & we were offered an early check in (by 3 hours) without even asking! We come over to Knoxville pretty frequently for shows and games and will definitely look for this space first when we do! Great restaurant right across the street, too, with a fun atmosphere. (The name of it escapes me.) We also appreciated the super easy check out instructions. Nice not being left a long list of chores to complete as so many other places tend to do! 5*

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful

We loved this place. It is bright, cherry and much attention was given to make it the most enjoyable stay. Personally, I very much enjoyed the vanity corner in the bathroom to apply my make-up in the morning. The location was great too with easy access to all the great spots in town. Finally, we loved having free parking. We had a fantastic two night stay.
