What we loved: - The rooftop terrace - The wind blowing over us while on the couch - The AC in the bedroom (living room had one too that we didn’t use) - The second bathroom - The washer - Appliances: toaster, kettle, dishwear - The incredible proximity to the beach - Nila (greeter) on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations and issues with appliances and keys - Reachability of everyone - We felt safe at the property - The safe for our valuables - Convenience of location What we didn’t love: - Surprise fourth floor, no lift with suitcases and no help. The way we were told made it seem like it was known that we didn’t know we were headed up four flights of stairs with our big suitcases. - The extra services we booked through Nadia via Everything Punta Cana weren’t great. Taxi was not at the airport when we arrived despite booking for $42 each way and sharing flight details. Recommend confirming the day before with Everything Punta Cana

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

Todo fue excelente, la comunicación, el check in y el lugar es exacto como las fotos. Solo tener en cuenta que al final de la estancia hay que pagar el consumo de energía eléctrica usada.

We had an amazing stay at Tanja's condo! Tanja was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and transportation, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Tanja was available throughout our stay for any questions we had. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful beach, just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The oceanfront restaurant available to guests was like a dream with beautiful views and the food is amazing. My kids loved the big swing right there too. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. There is plenty in the area to do. Thank you, Tanja, for being such a great host!

Roque’s place was clean, secure and peaceful. Except, it missed toilet paper and a kitchen wipes, but Roque responded very quickly.

Jose was a fantastic host! We needed a place on short notice, and he was able to accommodate us quickly, which we really appreciated. The apartment exceeded all of our expectations — it was actually one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. The location was super convenient and made everything easy. Communication with Jose was top-notch from start to finish — quick, clear, and very helpful. When I return to the area, this will definitely be the first place I look to book again.

I booked on the same day. Now customer service as a host, best I’ve had. At the airport Jaay sent me recommendations on ATV, boat party, beach excursions, and restaurants. He helped me get two days fully booked. Recommended getting some atvs and enjoying some fun on a boat. He can help with transportation. Checking in was extremely easy, key lock and then code to the door. The best part you feel safe. You have a guard, then to enter your street you have your own gate that’s share with like 10 houses. Amazing house with plenty of space. Since we booked the same day, Jaay had someone come clean the pool while we went to get lunch. During our stay we had a few personal situations and since Jaays the only person I know, I ask him for help. It didn’t matter the time he would reply quickly. The best part of the house is the location. It’s close to everything! The main street where Drink Point is only 4 mins away. What more you want? You have a pool and prime location. I’ll definitely be back

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

We had a great stay with Larissa who was waiting for us with her husband at 1am! A very warm welcome! We really appreciated having the feeling of being welcomed by friends. The house is very comfortable and was very very clean. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops of nd restaurant. No noise in the evening from the street despite the proximity of the shops! I highly recommend this place! We left at 2:30 in the morning and Larissa and her husband came to say goodbye to us. Very, very professional. Thank you Larissa ❤️❤️❤️

Nos encanto nuestra estadia. Tuvimos un excelente host. El anfitrión fue increíblemente servicial y atento desde el principio. El lugar estaba impecable, con limpieza incluida, lo cual fue un gran plus. El espacio es perfecto para familias: cómodo, amplio y bien equipado. Además, tener acceso al carrito de golf hizo que movernos fuera fácil y divertido. Sin duda queremos volver.

The home was wonderful and just off the main highway and close to downtown and driving distance to the beach, next to Vista Cana. The place is in a new development so there is still construction but not too much noise. it's gates and safe for women or solo travelers. The host was really responsive and provided local recommendations. The plunge pool was great for hot afternoons. You just have to be mindful when using the electricity for conservation. Highly recommend this property.

La femme de ménage que nous avons rencontré est egalement d'une grande gentillesse. Nous vous conseillons de réserver un véhicule. Ruffina peut vous aider à en louer à des prix intéressants. Il y a une magnifique plage à 10 min en voiture. Pour les excursions nous avons été à la plage de bibijagua. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

My family and I had a wonderful week stay! From the moment we booked, Andry and Fernando were very responsive and friendly. I appreciated the flexibility with checking in sooner especially traveling all day with little kids. The apartment is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything you need to close by - markets, pharmacy, restaurants. We felt very safe and the security at this complex is fantastic. We have stayed at resorts in Punta Cana before, but both my husband and I agreed this was so much better. If you are looking for a more authentic experience, while also having the same comforts and luxuries I highly recommend booking through Andry & Fernando. We can’t wait to come back :)

Anthony, Mariam, and their team are dedicated to making the stay at their Airbnb a great experience. They are all warm and welcoming, very quick to respond to any questions and always happy to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The Serena Village security team is efficient and friendly, and I felt very safe on the beautiful property. There is a little convenience store just outside the rear entrance to Serena Village that you can easily walk to or order delivery from. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a lovely view of trees and a swimming pool. I loved opening up the windows and the sliding door to the charming balcony to get a wonderful breeze. The kitchen even had some spices to make cooking easier, along with some Dominican coffee! The wifi was great and I was able to work seamlessly and relax afterwards. I stayed for a month working remotely on a certification course and it was the ideal place to work and study!

Very kind host . The place very clean and cozy . The children had a great time. Ana was very attentive and always responded to messages 100% recommended.

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

From the very first inquiry Liz was very responsive and answered every question, usually within minutes. She arranged our transfer from the airport and was waiting at the condo when we arrived. The photos in the listing are inaccurate only in that they don't do justice to the expansive balcony, the million-dollar view of the ocean and beautiful grounds, the top of the line appliances in the kitchen and the first class furnishings. The notebook Liz has in the condo provided valuable information about the area and recommendations for local restaurants. We ate at two, which were excellent, but prepared most of our own meals on the Weber grill on the balcony. I definitely recommend Liz and this condo to anyone seeking an alternative experience to the multiple all-inclusive resorts in the Punta Cana area.
