Sie wohnen gemütlich und authentisch auf 24qm in unserem "Bauernstüble". Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine Essecke, ein Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Satelliten-TV. Über eine Treppenleiter gelangen Sie in den Schlafbereich mit einer 140x200cm Matratze. Angrenzend zum Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine aber vollwertig ausgestattete Küche. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Tageslicht rundet die Wohnung ab. Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner kann für 4€ pro Waschladung mitbenutzt werden.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
