We’re a family with two young kids and had such a great time here! The condo itself was a great set up- the closet was big enough to fit a pack and play in case anyone is like me and is always trying to see how to make a sleeping arrangement work on vacation! The beautiful little beach, two pools, and playground are a huge added bonus. Apartment was well equipped and clean. We definitely hope to come back!

The place was super nice with amazing views. There was a lot to do in town, and the Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend checking out this awesome spot

Great historic home, very clean!

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

My two sisters and I were looking for a quiet get away for a few days. Our stay at Horseshoe Bay was perfect for us. For this particular vacation we wanted a quiet, private place to unwind and regenerate. The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. The balcony was so relaxing; we sat out and watch the boats leave in the morning and return in the evening. There was plenty to do, but we only took advantage of the pool area and hot tub because we wanted something low key.

Charming! Easy to get to from downtown Fredericksburg. But far enough out of town to feel really peaceful and like you’re away on holidays in the country. We enjoyed the property and the casita. Would love to come back in the winter and have a red wine around the fireplace in the courtyard

The house was walking distance to everything. Cute restaurants, shopping and wine bars right down the street. The house was extremely clean, easily accessible and decorated so cute! It was easy to get in the house and I loved that we didn’t have to do much to get out the door. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Fredericksburg! Susan gave very clear and helpful instructions, making check in after a long drive with our kids very easy. Having juice pouches in the fridge for our kids was an added touch that we greatly appreciated! The house was clean and the proximity to main street is unbeatable.

It is always hard to find a place for a family trip where there are enough rooms, beds, AND bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. This house was perfect for all ages. We played in the front yard. We swam in the pool, hot tubed . We grilled. We will be back.

My husband, myself and 2 other couples had a wonderful stay at Anne’s Haus. Exactly as pictured and great to have 3 bedrooms with en-suites. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Hosts Afton and Kelsey were great with communication. Location was perfect

We did a trip for my sis bday. This place checked all the boxes. It was a good location and close to everything. We walked to Main Street and shopped. Everything is a close drive or walking (if not 100 degrees). We spent the morning drinking coffee on the porch and jumped in the hot tub at night. Great trip. Would come back !!!

Rachel’s place was perfect in every way! It was very clean and cozy with everything we needed while staying for the weekend. The location was honestly the best! Within a 2 min drive to anything we needed but very peaceful and quiet. We didn’t hear a single noice while staying even with neighbors. The outdoor area was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing place!! The pictures do not do it justice. Much larger than it appears in the photo. Cleanliness was second to none and the bed was very comfortable. I will definately look to stay here again when in the area!!

This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had! Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Responsive & helpful host. Well stocked toiletries, paper goods, kitchen utensils, lake stuff, etc. Easy access to lake, pools, and other amenities. The entire condo property was well kept and clean, including firewood for the fire pit and grills! Great spot on the lake.

Perfect location and amenities for myself and two teenagers! The condo was clean, comfortable and the location to the pool was ideal for us, literally 10 steps from the back door! Spent the early morning drinking coffee along the lake and watched the sunset in the very same place! Will definitely rent this condo again! The host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our short stay! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and had all we needed. We enjoyed the location as it only took a few short minutes to get to town, and the home is located in a quiet area (which we prefer). We absolutely LOVED the massage chair, sweet treats that were kindly on the kitchen table when we arrived, and the bed was super comfy as well. It was just a fun and adorable home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Texas Hill Country! Thank you for your hospitality!!
