We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Silvio was a great host. He had great suggestions and went out of his way to help with whatever we needed. His place is in a quiet neighborhood. When we looked at Google Map to take the train, we expected to walk 10 to 15 minutes, but he gave us the keys to open the gates to a shortcut, which reduced our walking time to about 5 minutes. It was very convenient to go to Bologna downtown. The house was bigger than expected. I would recommend this place.

Alessandra is de beste host van Bologna! Heel lief en communicatief, altijd bereid te helpen (ze hielp ons met een restaurant - en een heel vroege taxireservering) en ze gaf enorm veel leuke eettips! Het appartement is een oase van rust, terwijl de ligging/locatie juist superlevendig is en vlakbij het centrum. Het interieur is prachtig gestyled, brandschoon en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Volgend jaar staat Bologna weer op de lijst van citytrips en dan boek ik zeker opnieuw bij Alessandra!

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Loved our stay here! Super close to the city center, but tucked away enough to be nice and quiet after a busy day of sightseeing. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Casa Lagotta si trova in un tranquillo paesino, a pochi chilometri da Comacchio e dal Parco del Delta del Po. La casa è strutturata su due piani, a terra la zona giorno e il bagno, al primo piano la zona notte con due camere da letto molto spaziose. L'arredamento è semplice e in buone condizioni. Ottimo il divano, spazioso a sufficienza per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone. Durante il nostro breve soggiorno non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttare la cucina, ma a prima vista c'è tutto per mettersi ai fornelli come a casa (c'è anche la lavastoviglie). Comunque per i più pigri, ad una manciata di minuti a piedi, si trovano un paio di bar e ristoranti. Riguardo all'host, Lara ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo e siamo rimasti in contatto durante la nostra permanenza, per suggerimenti su ristoranti e attività in zona. Concludendo, esperienza positiva in linea con le nostre aspettative, sia per la casa che per il supporto ricevuto dall'host.

La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Soggiorno perfetto! Il B&B era pulitissimo e molto comodo, con tutti i comfort necessari. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto. La vera chicca è stato il garage: comodissimo e sicuro, un valore aggiunto non da poco. Assolutamente consigliato!

Ho passato 8 notti nell'alloggio di Claudio e devo dire che è un bell'appartamento, silenzioso, pulitissimo e molto ben attrezzato. La posizione è strategica in quanto si colloca a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro, comoda per raggiungere i lidi di Marina di Ravenna e vicinissima a negozi e supermercati. Ringrazio molto Claudio perchè è stato molto disponibile e gentile, in particolare ci è venuto ad accogliere di persona e ci ha fornito lettino e seggiolone per la bimba.

Parfait petit logement. Très bien placé avec une très belle vue sur la très jolie place. Tout est fait pour être bien aceuilli et passer un très agréable séjour.
