The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

Self-contained studio close to Pooh Bridge

Lovely light 1st floor studio flat. Totally self contained with off road parking. Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.
