This was my second time in a year staying here. Ralph and his wife are kind and accommodating people. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when visiting the area. Thanks again for everything Ralph, we had a fantastic time!

The perfect little hideaway in the heart of Kingston. So beautiful and cozy and a short walk to downtown. It was nothing short of perfect. Suzanne is the perfect host and always responsive within minutes. I would highly recommend Suzanne’s place for a night, a week or a month.

It’s great place to stay a lot of space, don’t let the outside fooled you. The inside is clean spacious quiet. Everything you need for your stay was there. Owner was really responsive and made it easy for us. At first I book it for 3 nights but just needed for 2. He add no issues to reimburse 1 night and approved our change. I recommend this Airbnb and when I go back i will rebook there for sure.

Kristine is a nice host and the place looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and it is best to accommodate a couple. The sofa bed however is not recommend to use for sleeping as its rather small. Besides I found that there were some bed sheets which were not totally dry left in the dryer and probably due to the cleaner not fully aware of. Access to the house is super easy though. All in all, a super host and Cozy place that I would recommend.

You get what you see. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Clean. The beds are excellent I feel like home. I will recommend

My mom, sister and I rented Ashley & Shane’s beautiful Air B & B, We had a wedding in Picton to attend and this was a great location for us. The place has everything you need, and a cozy, rustic, super clean, environment, it felt like a home away from home. The views and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking too. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, we appreciate your hospitality. Thanks again and we look forward to returning.

Absolutely loved our stay at Denise’s place! A very chic and modern waterfront property in a great location with lots of privacy—an ideal spot to relax and unwind for our girls weekend. Very close to PEC which was a huge plus for us. Denise was so friendly and responsive all weekend long! The place had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and the dining and living area were so bright and clean with a gorgeous view of the water. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and even though a fire ban was in effect, we saw lots of firewood on the property. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We really loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

Me and my Family (5 persons) booked Carola's place and found it to be way more beautiful and cozy as described in the photos and reviews. Prime location. themed bedrooms, cozy lodge like feeling in the living room which was laid out very well with a nice big well equipped kitchen and the personal decorative touches just lit up this place. the patio was so peaceful and so was the beutifully landscaped riverview garden with a cozy gazebo and the fireplace. everything well laid out, thoughtfully set up with protection from bugs and all. the Egyptian room as well as moira room both were comfortable and had all necessary utilities. bathrooms big and functional. ample lighting inside and outside like a festival. Above all, Carola has put her heart into it with the decor and helpful pieces of touristy information. she was well responsive, helpful and courteous. check in check out rules were easy and considerate. not like other bnb's who give you a long list of duties. 100% recommended.

We had an issue when we arrived, Scott was incredibly reactive, he arrived in a few minutes and was super efficient. Good recommendations and help for the fire permit. The place is quiet and very well equipped. The view os amazing, manu different birds.

This place was very private and peaceful. 20-25 mins to Kingston which was handy for meals, groceries, etc. Spacious, comfortable beds, huge kitchen, nice office area and sunroom. Not having a TV was slightly inconvenience but we knew that going in. Also, this place does not have a full Waterview from the cottage itself; you have to walk to it to get a full view. Overall, we enjoyed our week here.
