The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

What a lovely flat. It has been done out really well, and it was lovely sitting outside on the sofas in the morning April sun. The dawn chorus was a joy to wake up to. The flat was well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Clearly thought had gone into setting it up. The area, Lady Bay, is lovely, friendly and a bit quirky (we have lived there for 25 years and were returning from some years overseas). Close to the river, fields and great places to walk. With cafes, pubs and local shops. Asta’s place is a great place for a few nights night’s stay in this beautiful part of Nottingham.

Great flat and the feeling inside was great. Very functional space and with everything I needed to have a good time with my family. I recommend it!

Recommended place to stay. All fittings seemed new. Parking was easy every time I needed it. Welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

A great location if you’re visiting Nottingham. Easy to get into the city centre for shopping or bars/restaurants. It only cost £4 in an uber to get to the city centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.

Lovely peaceful venue, but be sure you follow James and Shani's directions, not your satnav, because my definitely tried to send me the wrong way! Very quiet and nicely appointed space, perfect for my needs.
