This was a fun Airbnb, and worked well for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids. It was well decorated and stocked with coffee, dishes, etc. There was a train that went by frequently, and some of the spaces were not super sound proof, so if you are a light sleeper, or cannot handle stairs well, this may not be the house for you - but if you want cozy gathering spaces, both indoor and outdoor, it’s a great home for hanging out!

Lovely house and neighborhood that was perfect for the children and I. We traveled for a family funeral and my siblings also came by to tell stories while sitting in the back garden. My siblings were also impressed with the house and surrounding area. The house was 15 minutes from Kansas City International, but you don't hear aircraft landing or taking off. We didn't have time to visit museums or other local sites.

We enjoyed our stay at Dan & Cindy's "farm house". The house was clean and was in a great location, as we were just a few minutes away from multiple local restaurants. The uniqueness of the cows and roosters right out the front door made you feel like your were in the country. The basement is very spacious and we enjoyed having a small fire in the portable fire pit. I would definitely stay again if we need to visit Lawrence again!!!

Joys place was a great option for our family to make a quick ski trip to snow creek. The property was clean, in a convenient location and made our family feel right at home.

This space was awesome for us while we packed up our home and was nice to have a home away from the home that was being packed up. It was comfortable and quiet. Would stay again. Had everything we needed and more.

Great house with tons of room. Well stocked and unmatched property/yard. We had a fantastic visit and would love to come again!

Staying at Marisa and Andrew’s was lovely! The room is exactly as described. Everything was great- comfy bed, good water pressure and hot water in the shower, safe neighborhood, etc. Some of the friendliest hosts, too! I loved having Shawnee Mission Park right across the street and close restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Chris was very responsive and nice. Had everything we needed. Building is under construction so a little noisy during the day. Very nice and helpful people that work in the building. We used the streetcar to get around and once we figured it out it worked great.

Great Stay, Great Location… No complaints at all. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bed is overly soft; but that’s someone’s preference. I would definitely book with Savannah again when I’m in KC, if available.

This was my second stay with Jaymi and I'm sure I'll be back when visiting KC. The space is comfortable, clean, and bright. It really feels like staying in your own shabby-chic apartment and the location is perfect for getting to lots of KC destinations. Add in blooming lilacs in the spring and front-porch cats to pet and it was the perfect place to stay for our concert at the Uptown.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

My husband and his co-worker stayed here while working in town for the week and they loved the space. Met all of their needs and they would definitely stay at Terrys place again!!

Stayed for a weekend with a few friends to explore the area. Central, walkable location and beautiful historic space. Vince was proactive and thorough in communicating. Definitely will be back ☺️

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

This place was really cool! The garage door opening up in the living room was even better than the pics show. Clean and easy to access. Terrace with hot tub, grill and fireplace was an extra bonus. This place is well worth the price. Cheaper than a hotel would have been for us and much nicer, private accommodations with a great view of the night life. Definitely recommend Jessie’s Place!!!

Third time we have stayed here and have had another great experience! We have small children and the place was perfect with very little for us to move to baby proof. Location is everything! So close to great food and highways for easy access to where we were heading! Host is quick to respond and makes the whole process seamless!

Great location. I was able to park on the street on the opposite side from the entrance my entire stay. We didn’t use the private parking as it was far walk and inconvenient. Once we found the apartment we noticed the decor was shabby chic and the bed was comfortable.
