Ashley’s place is just as described. Lots of room. The basement and upstairs bedrooms all remolded and very well appointed. It was great having a hot tub. The views are amazing with all the new windows. Great location right off of 70 but far enough away that you don’t hear it. Very clean. Ashley very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This remodeled old bungalow has everything we needed for an overnight stay with our dog. The bedrooms are small which are expected for an older built home. Bed mattresses were comfortable. One car parking was available on the street in front of the property.

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood near Main Street. Eric was very responsive and accommodating, and the home was clean and nicely furnished. It was very cold in BV the day we checked in and took a while to warm up, but was cozy and the gas stove created a nice ambiance.

Had a wonderful stay! The town was super easy to walk to and had good restaurants and everyone was so nice! Very proactive with instructions and was easy to turn off my phone and just relax. We also forgot a toothbrush there and they were nice enough to ship it back 🫶🏻

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Well aportioned 2nd home as opposed to a typical rental. Cookware you wanted to use, remodel work that was thoughtful and not just sandwiched in. Comfy furniture, good TV, nice lighting, and the hot shot on the sink was great for a tea in the dry mountain air.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great little spot for staying close to the action, right in the heart of Lionshead. Bed was super comfy.

We were very satisfied with Katy's place, which is exactly like in the description and much more! The space is a little tight but it has everything we need as a family of three for a three-day ski trip. Katy is very thoughtful in that she provides all the amenities one can ever think of, which makes it very convenient for us. I love the plushy towels! I also appreciate Katy' tips on the ski resort and the Colorado Epic school kids program. Thank you again, Katy!

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! We parked the car once and didn’t touch it the whole trip. Snowflake lift is just a 3-minute stroll across the street, and we literally skied right back to the apartment from the lower 4 O’Clock run. Pro tip: look for the basketball hoop—that’s your turn-in landmark! Plenty of parking, so we just left our skis in the car after skiing in. And the best part? Just a 5-minute walk to all the fun on Breck’s Main Street. Denise was very responsive to any inquiries.

A clean, comfortable condo with pristine views. It’s conveniently located and easy to find. There is a little noise from the road below, but it’s not overwhelming.

Very good location and spacious spot. If you’re looking for a trip to the mountains this is a great location to be.

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.
