Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohnquartier. Im Quartier ist ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Spielplatz usw. vorhanden. Es sieht alles sehr schön aus. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Paris, man braucht insgesamt ca. 45-50 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Es ist ein Umstieg erforderlich. Aber das war uns bewusst. Im Quartier selbst konnte man nach den Unternehmungen wunderbar den Abend ausklingen lassen mit Abendessen und/oder was trinken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und hat eine gute Ausstattung, ein Duschvorhang bei der Wanne wäre gut gewesen, da es keine separate Dusche gibt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage rundet das Angebot ab. Die Kommunikation mit Charles verlief reibungslos, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lugar tranquilo, limpio y con buena comunicación al metro (10 minutos). Viajes en Uber desde el centro de París hasta el piso por menos de 15€. Súper seguro. Totalmente recomendable. Felicitaciones.

Deuxième fois que je viens avec mes grands enfants, toujours au top, très propre, lumineux et agréable.

The house is located on a beautiful property close to some large and smaller bouldering areas. It is a very peaceful, clean and well equipped house. It has a good kitchen, a spacious shower and the beds are very comfortable. I can definitely recommend staying here.

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Great place & location, a bit further out of the city but easily accessible & the area itself was lovely with stuff nearby to wander to in the event. House was lovely & perfect for what we needed, felt very safe.

The house had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed here with our two kids (3 &1) and they loved that Suzanne had toys available. The yard was quiet and a great space to play for the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet, but within walking distance to baker, grocerys, restaurants and playground. Easy to find parking. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Sanaa. Le logement est moderne, très propre et bien entretenu, situé dans un quartier agréable et calme à Créteil, avec un accès facile à Paris. Sanaa a été une hôte très accueillante, disponible et flexible, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre départ très simples. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ! It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We had a great stay at Hemin's condo as a family of four. The space was quite generous by Paris standards and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location offered a variety of dining options nearby, including Master Poulet, Thai, and other Asian cuisine. Check-in was seamless, with clear and detailed instructions. The metro was about an 8-minute walk away, and the RER station was a 25-minute walk. There’s also a nice playground near the RER station, though we didn’t have time to visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. It offers excellent value for the price!
