Le logement est beau, propre très bien placé , quel bonheur d'avoir le Jacuzzi et le sauna après une bonne journée d'activités. Vous avez la location de ski et un télésiège à quelques pas du logement ,c'est super. Je recommande et espère revenir.

Moderni ja poikkeuksellisen siisti, varusteltu kaikilla mahdollisilla herkuilla. Hissiliput, sähköauton lataus ja loppusiivouksen kuuluminen hintaan, sekä muut mukavuudet teki lomailusta helppoa.

Erittäin siisti kohde jonka sijainti erinomainen. Majoittajana mukautuva sekä joustava. Suosittelen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicholas. L’accueil et les instructions étaient très clairs. L’appartement était très chaleureux et fonctionnel, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Le sauna est un véritable atout que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons sans hésiter Nicholas et son appartement pour découvrir Rovaniemi et ses environs.

Huoneisto oli erinomaisella paikalla. Ravintolat ja hiihtoreitit löytyivät ihan vierestä. Huoneisto oli siisti ja kivasti sisustettu. Virgine vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja huolehti että kaikki sujui hyvin. Häneltä saimme hyviä vinkkejä aktiviteetteihin ja ravintoloihin.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment. The building is exceptionally clean and quiet, while the area feels safe. Being right on the sea, the view from the sixth-floor apartment was lovely, even in winter. Plenty of steaming hot water and comfortable beds, there was nothing to dislike, and I am very fussy about where I stay.

Great place to stay! As per the brief given, the property exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is ideal—easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. All promised amenities were provided—Wi-Fi, hot water, clean linen, sauna, and toiletries were available and in good condition. A special mention to the owner for being extremely helpful and approachable throughout the stay. Their prompt assistance made everything more comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying again.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Wonderful location, there is an open area nearby where aurora was visible in the night.

Loistava majoitus, hieno kylpyhuone/sauna. biljardipöytä oli mukava viihdyke lapselle. Hiihtoladut menivät lähellä ja koirapuisto aivan vieressä oli myös plussaa 👍🏼

Karis Haus hat uns schon beim Betreten super gefallen. Es war warm und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Sauna war einfach in der Handhabung. Unsere Tochter hatte ihren eigenen Schlittenhügel und war ständig draußen im Schnee zum Spielen. Es ist sehr sicher für Kinder, da man absolut privat ist. Einen Abend hatten wir sogar eine Auroraexplosion direkt über der Unterkunft. Es war magisch. Wir waren 9 Tage hier und hatten perfektes Wetter Die Lage ist super, um die Gegend rund um Rovaniemi zu erkunden. Man ist zudem schnell im Supermarkt und in der Stadt. Kari ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können seine Blockhütte jedem empfehlen, der nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Vielen Dank Kari, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Vi kom som familie og følte oss som hjemme! Vi kom for å stå på ski og vi hadde 2 fine dager i bakken. Vi koste oss med sauna og hjemmelaget mat. Tusen takk for oss, det var en flott tur!

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, die Beschreibungen waren super und man kann eigentlich alles mit einem schönen Spaziergang erreichen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es viele Unternehmungen die man machen kann, ansonsten lässt es sich vor dem Kamin oder in der Sauna super entspannen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! :-)

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

Alloggio comodo al supermercato ed ai ristoranti, a due minuti dall'ingresso delle piste di fondo, zona tranquilla. Molto pulito al nostro arrivo, ha tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno! Johanna è stata molto cordiale nelle risposte e veloce nel supporto! Consigliatissimo per chi come noi ha fatto una settimana di sci di fondo su queste piste meravigliose!

Niina was very helpful! The instructions were very clear and concise. She is very detailed about the reservation. She is very polite and asks if you need any help! I highly recommend a stay with Niina.

The apartment is really well located and quite spacious. It was aesthetically pleasing and gave a cozy vibe. There is free parking which is very helpful. The kitchen was also well equipped and there was all the necessary supplies stocked. Enna - our host was very welcoming and helpful. Overall a really great experience in Rovaniemi! Loved it!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte et cet appartement y ont fortement contribué. Appartement très joli, bien équipé, très fonctionnel, très bien chauffé, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La literie est géniale, nous avons super bien dormi.
