Beautiful place!! Exactly what an Airbnb should be. Spacious for us seven adults. Each of the four large bedrooms included a sitting area and a full bath, and a couple of them had extra beds, which we needed. And the gathering areas -- living room, dining room, patio, -- were large enough for us all to hang out together. Super comfortable, with eclectic furnishings and decorative touches that were interesting and homey. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Paulette’s place is a gem. Clean, and well loved home. The kitchen had everything, and Paulette was kind enough to leave fresh eggs for us and beer. The garden is pure magic and the birds are wonderful. Great place within the short drive from Princeton University. I was there for the dog shows and I was fortunate enough that Paulette’s place was pet friendly. Thank you.

In a word, wow! Best air bnb we’ve ever visited, hands down! Every room is beautifully appointed. That spa bathroom…should be in a magazine. Actually the whole cottage should! Marsha and John can share with you some of the history of the cottage as well as their journey to create such an amazing space. A labor of love, for sure. Between the cottage itself being so clean and pretty and the gardens so full of color, birds, and pretty decorations, the whole experience was perfect. Marsha has thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to a guest experience. Marsha gave us great recommendations for restaurants and outings. She was incredibly responsive and obviously loves working with guests. Thanks so much, Marsha and John, for making our getaway weekend so great!

Heidi is an exceptional and kind host. Her home is simply wonderful—we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The cottage is beautifully designed, with thoughtfully decorated spaces that are set up perfectly for a relaxing stay. Everything was extremely clean and well-kept. I’d gladly return for another visit.

Cozy yet spacious! Had everything we needed and very organized. Molly was fantastic too. Winery is a stone’s throw. A lot of character and we appreciated the book about the house. Games were provided. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Old home but new quality where needed. loved the lighting choices pretty and dimmers for beautiful ambiance. clear instructions. everything worked. my brother brought his tool kit just in case and absolutely no need for it. beautiful area and view. good location. lots of cozy spots to sit, relax, and chat. loved the laundry room and extra stove. Really just a truly great experience. Thank you Molly!

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was spacious for our small family, Malyka was good with communication and we enjoyed our stay in West Philly. Nice restaurants around, nice community. Altogether a good experience!

Wow, I am so glad I got to stay at Kim's. I think it's even cuter than the listing showed. There are tons of windows with views of beautiful trees in every direction. Kim was extremely quick to respond to any question I had. Her hospitality was warm and I would recommend this place for sure. And it is set back from the road so it feels super private and easy to be in.

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back.Actually this might be my go to air Bnb when i come to Philly. Thanks again for everything

We had comfortable stay. We will book again next time we visit family. I was able to work at the extra table comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. The rooms were spacious. The views were nice. Although we didn’t utilize it, the walking path was nice option. Also the weather didn’t really cooperate for us to use the out door furniture but it look very nice.

Bethany is an excellent host; she responded to my questions very promptly. She has gone above and beyond to provide renters with staples to get them settled quickly, i.e. paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, dish soap etc. We have been very comfortable in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others. I expect we will rent again in the future.

Stayed here for a few nights as part of an out of town trip with some friends. We weren’t at the Air BnB a ton but it was perfect for what we needed. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably, all ammenities and rooms were as described and as presented in photos. Amanda and Rob were incredibly responsive if we had questions and very detailed instructions were provided around parking, checking in, checking out, etc. Enjoyed a night in Manayunk exploring the town, this is a great location for easy access down there (5-10 minute walk) The only cautions I’d say are the steps up to the unit are very steep and kind of shallow but there is a railing to help. Also this place is well up on a hill above the town area so in terms of walking around/back from town it is quite the effort. Thats nothing against the actual property, just more so about the surrounding area and something guests may want to consider. Overall would stay again - very clean, affordable, great communication.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Very clean and was a great experience

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Loved staying at the Chocolate Factory for the second time - such a unique, peaceful, and lovely space! Thank you - we will most definitely book again!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Lee’s condo in Philly! It’s wonderfully designed, centrally located, in a walkable neighborhood, and I felt safe. I’m bookmarking this place so I can stay here again whenever I’m in Philly.
