Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & make sure to register your pet if bringing with.
