my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

absolutely adored Gregory's place. we booked last minute and he was very accommodating. His place is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood and it was ideal for our travel needs. the parking was easy and we loved the fenced in yard for our fur baby. the pictures were spot on and definitely one our favorite Airbnb's. would love to stay again in the future.

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

We had such a comfortable stay! We were in town for a wedding at Separk Mansion, which is literally minutes away. So many thoughtful amenities and touches. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing - we wished we were staying longer so we could have utilized them more! Everything in the kitchen was labeled and very easy to find. We appreciated the high chair that we were able to use for our son. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very nice.

Excellent host, location, and accommodations. The house was super clean and a great set-up for four people (could be more if couples).

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

Great house, great location.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

The place was a great stay! Had a great time. Betty was an amazing host.

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. It was super clean and felt elegant yet welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Jeremy was a very responsive and thoughtful host. This was an excellent home away from home!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.
