Steve is exceptional host. Very accommodating. Always welcoming. And I love the facilities for my horse as well.

A very great place to stay at. I highly recommend this place since it’s near a lot of places and John is very helpful and friendly.

Host are very nice. The accommodations is easily accessible. It as our second time staying there and will return next year.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Has a really nice couple of days here. The area is quiet and the place is cozy and well furnished. Really well stocked kitchen for people who prefer to cook at home, pretty much any supplies you need are there!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

Chad and Lindsey were great hosts. We appreciated their hospitality. The home was very nice. the area is great it location is close to everything you need. Great stay at a beautiful house. Pool, hot tub, and grill were great! Games were available inside as well. We had a wonderful time and could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great location! The place is very close to Chinatown, which made it super convenient for dining—we especially loved the variety of Vietnamese restaurants nearby. We came to Florida for Disney World, and this stay made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Spotlessly clean. Pool and lanai was the highlight. Even on hot (92 degree days) the pool and patio were so comfortable and relaxing.

We enjoyed staying at Frank's apartment. Close to a beautiful lake with restaurants around. The apartment is large and clean.

Responsive host, easy check in and check out. Air conditioner worked fantastically, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, overall very nice with a perfect location. There’s a 7/11 half a block away and everything you could need in walking distance. Only thing to keep in mind for longer stays: there were only two towels and two wash rags, so I just made sure to bring my own extras. Totally fine for short stays though! Thank you!

This place is great. Fantastic location right at Eola Park. Leave your car and walk everywhere. Host is great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

The experience was great, clean, spacious and a very nice outdoor space to enjoy, easy to get in, parking was clearly marked. plenty of nearby places to eat or grab a water, close to the airport.

The place is excellent, safe, and close to grocery and shopping. I will come back for sure
