Shane and his house were both amazing. Extremely clean and conveniently located. The house is wonderful and we would absolutely stay again.

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

It was a family trip for our nephews bday and this home was big enough for all of us, everything was exactly how it is described, if anything they had more in home then what they said which was amazing. When I had an issue (operator error lol) with the tv she was on it and was great! This was the perfect home for us, we had 5 kids and was definitely kid friendly which is huge for me, my son is autistic and I didn’t have to worry about him here. 100/10 recommend. We plan on coming back next year!!

The location was great! just one house away for the river in the Keys 2 minutes from Circle K and 10 minutes from Walmart. Plenty of space, you could have 20 people in the house and still feel alone. We bought a bunch of floaties (left some for the next guest in the outdoor storage bin) and tied them to the dock and hung out on the water most of the time (IT WAS HOT). We had two jet skis, a Pontoon boat and still lots of room on the Dock to float in the water. The game room/Bedroom on the lower level was a great place to hang out, listen to music, and shoot pool. Vivian was super responsive and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is you bring beach towels (we did) and go to the house first before shopping. Some Airbnb's have dishwasher pods, laundry soap, foil, zip lock bags etc. and some don't. We left everything we didn't use for the next guest! (of course not food lol) OVERALL, excellent and fun trip we would definitely book again.

The place was great; clean and peaceful! The owners were quick to respond. The house was exactly as described - the patio/pool/spa area was great and the view outstanding!!!

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

The property was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the river and watching the sunset over the water each evening was a highlight. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind, spend time on the river, and enjoy the natural beauty of Arizona!

This Place was very nice relaxing, spacious and very clean beautiful backyard and grill bar area . We Had an amazing experience we will definitely consider coming back.
