A fantastic stay for a very reasonable price! The listing was very cosy and tastefully furnished - I felt right at home. Loved the fact that the bedroom was separate space. Internet connection was strong and was able to work remotely connecting to video calls via Teams and Zoom without any problem at all. Building security was very attentive and kind. There was a decent gym five-minute walk away, and lots of options for great food all within waking distance! Would definitely repeat once back!

Very calm area but walking distance to the Main Street. There is also supermarket in front of the building, coffee shops around. The security is very kind and trying to help as much as possible.

Amazing view from the balcony. The building felt very safe. We were also in walking distance to quite a few amazing restaurants.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona excelente, en la que se pueden tomar Uber de forma rápida y cómoda, así como salir a caminar por las zonas cercanas para hacer variedad de actividades. Me gustó mucho el apartamento y la zona, y definitivamente volvería, muy recomendado. Además la atención de Juan fue de primera, eso merece reconocimiento. Tal vez lo único no 100% positivo es que al ser ciudad pueden haber ruidos de autos o reparaciones cercanas que tal vez podrían incomodar en ciertos momentos, pero eso no es culpa de nadie y es comprensible al estar en plena ciudad, lo menciono para tener en cuenta quién desee tal vez un sitio de estadía más tranquilo, en mi caso yo valoraba más estar en plena ciudad así que no hay problema.

I liked the location. You have no need to use Uber for getting something to it or get groceries. Also the place was clean, and the shower has hot/cold water so that is a plus. And the guest answer fast

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. The workspace and fast internet were perfect for remote work. The bathroom was spotless, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully equipped and ready to go. The bed was very comfortable, and the small patio was a great spot to relax—ideal for enjoying Bogotá’s weather with a partner or friends. The apartment is on Avenida Caracas, currently under metro construction. While the area is fine during the day, it felt a bit dark and uneasy at night. Ubers can’t drop you directly at the door, so I had to walk about half a block. That said, nothing happened during my stay, even though I frequently went out late at night. The location is also very convenient. There’s a D1 grocery store next door and a 24-hour OXXO nearby, which is perfect for quick errands without relying on delivery. Great value for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again. Alejandro and Santiago are excellent hosts!!!

Una casa muy cómoda, amplia para viajes de varias personas. Esta ubicada en una zona donde se encuentran fácilmente supermercados, panaderías y centros comerciales. Ademas una zona muy segura. Lo recomiendo y si tengo oportunidad volveré a quedarme allí.

Great stay. staff was helpful and friendly. hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk. always felt safe. i will be back. they also have 4 or 6 other more traditional hotel rooms. Claudia was always very responsive.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que quería visitar. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y bien decorado, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. Además, las comodidades del lugar, como la cocina bien equipada y la cómodas camas, contribuyeron a que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Marcella runs a warm and inviting home. It is clean and cosy with a plesant visual esthetic. She is an excellent host. When the power and wifi were temporarily off for service during check out, and we were unable to go online to book an Uber, and needing to use the app to pay, Marcella made sure that we had a paid ride to the airport, that she covered the cost of in advance. Respectful. Responsible, Relaxed. Would return.

El apartamento de Manuel es muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Manuel fue muy amable y estuvo atento a la comunicación.

Estuve una semana con mi familia, éramos 9 personas, la casa era muy cómoda, limpia con todo el menaje necesario. El barrio es muy tranquilo, hay una panadería y un OXXO cerca, y al frente un restaurante llamado La Tiendecita que estuvo bien la comida. El anfitrión nos ayudó con el transporte del aeropuerto a la casa y 2 tours, uno a la Catedral de la sal y otro a Jaime Duque. Importante estar informado de cómo usar el calentador de agua por si estuviera apagado. Por supuesto que me volvería hospedar aquí

Súper todo, el espacio es súper amplio y cómodo la respuesta de alexander fue rápida nos tuvimos que ir antes pero todo estuvo súper

Un lugar muy tranquilo lejos del bullicio en un barrio seguro para caminar. Bastantes restaurantes, parques y servicios en los alrededores. Doña María en la recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesta a dar recomendaciones :) Juan siempre atento. Volvería sin dudarlo en algún momento que regrese a Bogotá.

Un lugar chiquito con una vista increíble! Perfecto para quien quiere ir a caminar y conocer Bogotá, a menos de 5 minutos del centro histórico, museos, cafeterías deliciosas y lugares para ir a conocer. Tenía todo lo necesario, incluída facilidad para cocinar pero no lo usamos. Muy recomendado para el turista

el departamento muy muy bonito, cómodo, el balcón super lindo, y la vista en la parte de arriba del edificio, donde se ve todo alrededor, Julian también siempre atento y responde rápido. El departamento bien limpio y todo lo que necesitábamos, lo tenía... sin duda alguna, nos sentimos bien cómodos los días que estuvimos en Bogotá

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating during check-in, I arrived later than expected due to some transportation issues and she made the process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was spotless, which I really appreciated, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to stay in Bogotá—it was close to everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend!
