I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment in Kumasi during December/January and now in April I went back again. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for my needs. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any questions and ensuring a smooth stay. I’m already looking forward to returning! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kumasi.

Great location and accomodations, staff is super helpful and responsive to tenant needs. Make you feel at home with a welcoming spirit, enjoyed the community pool and getting to know many of the staff. Will stay again whenever next in Kumasi!

Great location. Massive and beautifully decorated. You can’t find many places like this in Kumasi. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we will be staying there again if it’s available on our next visit.

This isn't the first time I've been to this lovely place, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I will always come here, if you're planning to stay in a comfortable place then GRACE COURT is the one. You need to go there and witness it yourself.

Nice place nice people to assist for any requirements, clean and tidy rooms, organised kitchen and rooms are well air conditioned…highly recommended
