The house is great to have big group. Many rooms and huge open space for parking. Location is near the beach and walking distance to food court.

Dari KL sampai ke Penang jam 10pm. Check-in rumah memang tenang sama macam gambar. Owner memang sediakan selimut, bantal, tuala, sejadah, uncang teh & gula. Ada cuckoo takpayah susah sysah nak panaskan air. Ada airfyer & boleh jugak masak. Setiap bilik ada aircond & plug takpayah rebut2 nak charge. Walaupun 1 malam je family semu senang hati happy. Selesa sangat2 High recommended untuk korang yang nak stay lama dekat Penang. Thankyou! Inshallah will book again untuk family soon 😍😘

The house is spacious with 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. House also have common areas to hang out inside and outside. House is very near to beautiful beach. Very good place for a small family get together. Host is very pleasant and responds immediately. Hope to come again soon.

The homestay felt like your own home. Lots of amenities that were provided including a guide on what's local spot nearby.

It was great that Chen Yin was able to provide such an accommodation. It was clean, huge and fit my large family comfortably.

nice and simple 3 bedrooms apt. Host gave us clear instructions. Great view from apt because they have a balcony. Air cond are cool. The location quite nice because not far from the city centre and have a lot of restaurant n mall nearby.

Loved the place. Spacious, clean, private and peaceful with amazing view. Perfect for a family or a group of friends to have a nice break.

This is definitely one of the best places to stay with a big family when visiting Penang.

It’s a great place for peaceful vacation. Near to batu feringgi and easy access to Georgetown and nearby nasi kandar! Suitable for family vacation, all room are cosy and occupied. 5🌟

Shi's place was a nice stay. The unit is good size, and is very well equipped. There are a few restaurants and cafes around, with a nice grocery store across the street. It is technically within walking distance of Gurney and Quayside, but with the weather I only did those walks in the evening when it's cooler. Otherwise I took Grab. A few downsides, as others have mentioned, the building has lots of Airbnb's and the lifts can become quite busy. Also the unit is a few stories above the pool, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you are a later sleeper.

The best views!! This place has a connecting balcony(two bedrooms and the living room) and the view from the balcony is absolutely breath-taking. The only little caveat is that getting into the apartment takes a bit of time. Car parking is easy as long as you follow the rules. Place is spacious and beautiful. 10/10

入住前有很清楚的入住指示， 入住時間是3點，我們2點抵達已可入住，非常滿意的住宿，乾淨整潔，非常舒適的房間，與圖片符合，露台可見漂亮的夜景，洗澡水很大很舒服，有兩台冷氣，我們只開一台，因為很冷，而且還有過濾水供飲用，也有洗衣機，是一間非常適合一家大小的住宿！ 有一點需要改進的是枕頭，共有四個枕頭，有兩個很硬不好睡，換柔軟的就完美了！😊

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und hat in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen großen Pool, Kinderplanschbecken und ein Fitnessstudio. Insgesamt gibt es drei Parkplätze zu denen man 8 Halbstockwerke hochfahren muss. Der Pförtner lässt einen nicht auf dem Besucherparkplatz parken, insgesamt ist der etwas schwierig da er meinen Sohn Fragen gestellt hat die nicht zu seiner Aufgabe gezählt hat. Wir haben das direkt abgestellt und dann hat er auch funktioniert. Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft und tolle Aussicht und Ruhe.

A very convenient place with great yacht and sea view at balcony. The host, Chan is very friendly and guide full too. He guided us how to check in and check out, as well as show us around the property and in within his property itself. We have indeed a very pleasant stay there. Will comeback to stay at the same place again.

1st things first, the pool is even better in person. i stayed here for nearly 3 months with my boyfriend, I loved the house. bathroom and bedroom very spacious, there's 2 bathrooms. kitchen has everything you need. washer and dryer. 7/11 right outside straits Quay and alot of restaurants and bars downstairs. the view of the marina from the apartment is lovely. Wendy and Sharon are very responsive and helpful. 10/10. suitable for family or a couple and long stays.

Straits Quay is a great location. The apartment has a fantastic view, a nice balcony with enough privacy. It's a bit noisy at night as the habor has a lot of restaurants and bars with live music and entertainment. Wendy & Sharon are great hosts very responsive and were always available when needed. When I come back to Penang I will stay there again.
