Frank and Martha’s place is super cute. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house has lots of open space and is a short drive to all the essentials. Frank’s and Martha were very communicative and accommodating leading up to my stay. Highly recommend!

Maria was very communicative and hospitable before and during our stay for anything we had questions about. The house was charming and was the perfect cozy stay during our March weekend at cape Charles! The beds are very comfy! Wish we stayed longer to enjoy more!

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed in. Alan was easy to communicate with and super responsive . The house was beautiful and in a peaceful area. Neighbors were wonderful. Kitchen was easy to cook meals in and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, showers were hot and towels were fluffy! The sound was a walk down the driveway and had great sunsets. Beach access was less than a 8 minute drive. Beach towels and all things you need were available. Pool was perfect and clean. The canal at the back of the house was great and lots of wildlife to hang out with. We would without a doubt come back again!! Just loved this place so much!! Thank you Alan for making our vacation so stress free and enjoyable!!

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this comfortable, clean, and adorable place. From the start to the finish my experience was wonderful. The host was very responsive before, during, and even after our stay. The place was well stocked, the beds were so comfy, and it felt like a home away from home. The host made sure you knew they were available. We cant say enough great things about our experience.

Great place, very clean, close walk to the beach!

This place was amazing! You could see the ocean from the deck which was one of the best parts! It is very close to everything and located in a perfect spot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed! We are definitely going to be staying here next time we come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The 9 and 6 year olds loved the proximity to the beach and screened in porch. Very relaxing spring break.

I almost want to rate this place low so it’s free for us next time. This is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, the bathroom and bedrooms more modern than most houses, and Diane stocks the house well (no crappy toilet paper). This was the perfect place for my 2 little kids, husband and I.

I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!
