If you come to sunset town this is a great place to stay. Awesome views and great views of the nightly fireworks, yet peaceful surroundings and walkable to all the main attractions. There’s a couple of convenience shops across the road and a couple of small restaurants, although a little more basic. There are several other options within a 5-10 mins walk. 10 mins by grab and you can be in a more local area near by for some great food without the tourist markup! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Everything ok, but the place is outside of the city

the apartment is great, there are all the kitchen utensils and dishes, a large TV with Android TV, fast Internet 300+ megabits per second, a very kind and responsive owner. the only downside is the hard mattress

We spent a week in Phu Quoc with family and made unforgettable memories! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped — from cooking essentials like a frying pan and casserole to nice decorative dishes. There were also all the everyday items we needed, like shampoo and soap. The rooftop pool had an amazing view, and the location was ideal — we watched the fireworks show right from our apartment. The owner, Miss Phuong Linh, was wonderful — she brought a gift for our child and gave us a souvenir magnet from Phu Quoc. Everything was just perfect!

We are a family of two parents and a couple of children aged 8 and 11, the apartment was perfect for our stay, the building is located up the hill and the view is amazing, there is a very affordable shuttle to go down to wherever you want. There are a few small supermarkets under the building which is very convenient when you want to prepare some food at home. The air conditioners work great and the rooftop pool is stunning. We will be back.

Appartement bien équipé et propre (aucun insecte pendant le séjour). Belle vue dégagée. Grande salle de gym mais peu de machines. Jolie piscine mais il semble que le système de filtration de l'eau ne fonctionne pas. Location d'un véhicule conseillé pour bien profiter des environs. Les plages Sao beach et Khem Beach à proximité sont magnifiques et gratuites. Les propriétaires sont arrangeantes et réactives.

L’appartement est magnifique il est situé au 18 étages , il est propre , lumineux et avec une vue magnifique sur les feux d’artifice et spectacle de lumière qui se passe tous les soirs. La résidence est très agréable avec une salle de sport et la piscine au dernier étage est très calme. L’enregistrement est ultra rapide et même chose pour le départ. Je recommande vivement ce logement, je reviendrai très prochainement.

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

저렴한 가격, 완벽한 환경, 정말 빠른 답변, 내집처럼 편안함 최근 다녔던 숙소중 정말 최고였습니다. 얼리체크인으로 빠르게 들어가서 본 뷰는 최고였고 15층에서 보이는 모든것이 아름다웠습니다. 아쉬운점은 하나 없었고 편의시설도 너무 완벽하며, 16층에 있는 수영장 또한 최고였습니다. 꼭 다시 재방문 하고 싶을정도입니다.

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

Chloe could not have been more helpful, from local recommendations to organising a scooter for us for the day to letting us check in early. The room was spacious and clean, the hot water was great and didn’t run out. The rooftop pool was quiet and had great views for sunset and you could watch the fireworks every night from your balcony. What more could you ask for. We loved our stay here and would be happy to come back!

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

非常喜欢的地方。房东是我遇到过最好的房东，在我富国岛的出行中一直在帮助我，帮我安排了跳岛的项目，出发前出了一点点小意外也帮我很好地解决下来了。房间和照片一模一样。是非常特别的体验，下次有机会再过来的话还会来这里的，非常强烈推荐给大家。

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

Nice family villa at the Sailing Vlub Signature in Phu Quoc. We are a family of 7 with grandparents, parents and 2 under 2 staying and loved the place. Great breakfast for 500k per person at the restaurant was not included but available daily. We visited in Jan for fantastic weather and enjoyed our stay.
