Our favorite place to stay in Covington and Cincinnati! Location is perfect for walking. The space made it fun and comfortable for our family to relax together.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Connor‘s place! It’s a beautiful home located in Ludlow. Just over the river from Cincinnati and also very close to some restaurants. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and right across the street from a gas station which is very convenient. I would love to stay here again.

Cozy and nicely updated /remodeled apartment that I’d highly recommend to any traveler. Highlights for me was the comfy king bed and the incredible shower. Owners were awesome to work with.

Eagle’s Perch was our perfect home away from home as our home-base as we started and completed the B-Line Tour in 1 long weekend. It was touted as being walkable to some of Covington’s hot spots, but we did not find it as walkable to the many locations we planned to hit. The apartment was as described and we enjoyed the space. As described there is a very steep, narrow set of steps up to the apartment as it is an older building. So if you have physical limitations or heavy luggage, plan accordingly. The place was nice & clean.

The directions were clear, and the place was spotless, exactly as described and pictured. We loved the unexpected amenities like a great variety of K-cups, board games, and bottled water in the fridge. Vicky's attentiveness made a huge difference. She regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed a minor issue that arose. Their genuine care and responsiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. Steve’s place is as described - a hidden gem. The location cannot be beat. On street parking was no problem. The apartment clean with a lot of character. We would stay here again. Thank you Steve for sharing your space with us!

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My dogs enjoyed the private fenced in backyard. It was a little warm even with the air on. Would stay again.

The cottage was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. We spent the worst days of the Kentucky flood of 2025 there. BUT we were never flooded out on the narrow road leading into the property and Tony made sure that the grounds were safe. Loved that! The cottage was a good size, beautifully fitted out and very clean. Because the house sits on 55 acres of land, it was quiet. Despite the rain, we saw robins and cardinals, minors and squirrels. It has a feel of being out in the country and yet, only 5 minutes to I-75. It's in between Cincinnati and Lexington, and close enough to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, as well as many excellent restaurants. Tony is a warm and engaging host. We had the opportunity of meeting him in person at his Wine Tasting bar also on his 55 acres. We heard that they have live music a couple of nights a week. We were too tired to join them but the neat thing is we never heard the music from the cottage. It's a WIN!!!

Gretchen’s place is great and walkable to downtown riverwalk area of Cincinnati. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran the flying pig marathon and the hot tub was great to come back and relax in following the race. Gretchen is very responsive and will take care of anything you need very quickly. She is very considerate and even left a kit to make old fashioned drinks. I am planning on returning and would definitely use this property again.

This house was just what we were looking for and the location was amazing. We had our 2 younger kids and the house is kid friendly with books and coloring materials. The kitchen is also set up for you to cook your meals if you like to have a few meals at home. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance around the corner but you're tucked into a quieter side street instead of being on the busy drag. Our favorite part was the backyard, we spent all day back there and the neighbors were all very nice! Would rebook again!

This was an awesome alternative to staying in a hotel room. The beautiful three bedroom house had me and my friends feeling cozy and comfortable. A lovely location to anyone visiting the city of Chicago and surrounding areas.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

Marie’s home was nice and clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was surprisingly full of cookware/appliances—everything you could need. 10/10!

It is a nice, close walk to surrounding restaurants and you have many choices. The host is very responsive, I loved the washer and dryer in the room. It is nice that the host provides at least 3 neutral cleaning pods for laundry and the dishwasher because it's easy to forget when you first arrive! There is barely street parking, if, for some reason the parking lot fills up. also very narrow parking. Very comfortable unit, wish there was a TV in the bedroom!

This was a great location. The place was clean and it worked out great for our stay.

This place was very nice, it looks better in person than in the photos. Very large, 3 bedrooms but each one is far apart from the other bedroom which is nice for privacy. Private parking spot at the apartment and very easy street parking as well. Very close to Newport and downtown cincy. I would recommend this place to stay!

don't bring grandma. this place had some serious stairs. I work construction so really my only complaint was climbing 150 stairs after work. location was great you can walk to the levy. layout was a little strange and wasn't huge but it worked for what we needed.
