I will definitely recommend this place for my out-of-town friends who come up for medical appointments and would like to take their dog with them. Very cozy, affordable, clean quiet, lodging.

We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

This was the perfect stay for what we needed for a weekend! Heidi was very responsive and I love that we weren’t required to do a lot for check out. The location was convenient for our stay, but it is near a busier road so we heard some noise from that. Would stay here again!

Lynn pays attention to every detail to make sure one's stay is off to a good start. If you get a chance to spend time with either Lynn or Dave, take advantage. They have led and continue to lead fascinating lives. Our room may have been remodeled recently. It felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. We were even encouraged to wash our clothes.

I enjoyed my stay at Nana‘s place. It is very clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable. Communication with Nana was great. The place is just a couple blocks from the Fireside bakery where I enjoyed getting coffee and delicious pastries.

Loved our stay! Beautiful place with fantastic river access & fun vibe. We had everything we needed, and its conveniently located near restaurants & groceries.

I live in Homer and come to Anchorage several times a year, and I’ve been looking for a “home away from home”—this place hit the mark perfectly. Impeccably decorated, bright and airy, and incredibly comfortable with everything you might need for a several-day stay. The furniture was cozy and easy to relax in, and the space is full of natural light. It’s also in a great east Midtown location with quick access to all the main roads: close to grocery stores, restaurants, and both hospitals. It met all my needs for a few days of appointments and shopping in Anchorage. I’ve already booked it for a couple more stays—that’s how much I liked it.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristen’s place! The house was spotless, the location was perfect, and Kristen was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This home was one of the nicest Air B&B places we’ve stayed. Very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and relaxing. It’s a beautiful home and I highly recommend it. I’d stay here again if I have the chance.

This was a beautiful space. The hosts were able to accommodate us very last-minute, and they did a great job. The space was clean, well-furnished, and worth the price. It made me feel very safe to know that parents in the neighborhood allow their kids to play in the streets so often! It was a family-friendly area, and close to all of the great shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Their home is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but also filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable—like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy spaces to relax in They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Staying with them felt more like visiting friends than just booking a place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here that we had to come back a second time.😊 The kitchen is well stocked with cookwares and spices. Wake up with a cup of coffee or tea, board games for the whole family & comfy couches. The master bedroom is very cozy and spacious. The Garage is a big plus for my family. Thank you Linda. 🙌🏼

this was a beautiful house and close to everything, exactly as described ! greg was easy-going and communication was top tier. he made our time in anchorage wonderful :) 10/10 recommend !!
