We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was home from home and had everything you'd need. I just hope everyone respects Rachel's lovely place and all her lovely ornaments etc. So much character and very homely. Rachel was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. Can't recommend this place highly enough. X

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed and it was just as fabulous as the first time . It’s on a quite side street so you are within a few minutes walk of the hubbub of the town with none of the noise which is perfect . Wonderful views , Clean with all the amenities you could wish for , and a super responsive host we will definitely be back for a 3rd time !!

We had a wonderful stay for the Easter bank holiday. Being within walking distance for the beach to walk the dog and swim was lovely. The grounds and walled garden are also great. We felt welcomed.

The house is very spacious and in a stunning peaceful location. There was more space at the front, back and inside than the description suggested. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

We had a lovely time in Marks boat house. The rooms are really nice furnished and very cosy. Everything was super clean, even the kettle was clean enough to boil water for a baby :) We immediately felt like home! The house is really close to the small harbour, there’s a large park perfectly for kids and dogs close by and the pub is also only a minute away. The only improvement we would suggest is getting some new pans and pots. The pan is very scratched and the pots not big enough to cook pasta for 3 adults. We would absolutely recommend staying there and we’ll come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Absolutely beautiful house overlooking the harbour/sea. The decor is gorgeous throughout with lovely bedding. There were 6 adults and a baby and lots of room for us all to sit. Very comfy sofas and chairs with a stunning view. Lots of steps down to the property from the parking area (3 car spaces) which my husband struggled with as has knee replacement but everyone else managed fine. Very central location with lots of bars and restaurants and shops just downstairs and lovely walks by the sea. Would highly recommend and we would definitely book again

We visited as a family of four with two young children (ages 3 and 6) and absolutely loved our stay! We'd highly recommend it to both families and couples. For families, the house is wonderfully equipped with books and games that kept our little ones happily occupied. They especially loved watching the ships pass by and playing on the green space behind the house by the water. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A particularly thoughtful touch was the birthday decorations the owners set up for my husband—it was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. We'd happily come back again!

We had a wonderful few days in Matt’s delightful flat - everything was as described but even better. The decor is lovely, the flat had everything we needed and the view is exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Although it’s a while since I last stayed here it still has high standards. Every aspect needed is carefully executed and available. From comfort to cleanliness, peaceful to friendly, solitude to accessibility. From walking on the beach to catching a bus into Weston, this apartment has it all and more. For me it’s just perfect 👌

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Thank you so so much (:

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.
