There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.
