We had a wonderful stay when we were in town for our daughter's graduation from Centre. Our hostess was attentive to our needs even going so far as to make sure we had things for breakfast in the refrigerator. The views surrounding the home are beautiful.

The property is surrounded by hills in a nice area with low crime and beautiful views. Everything was nice and clean when we walked in and was a nice and peaceful stay for a very affordable price.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Felt like home and was more spacious than I anticipated. Everything was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. The location was amazing and an easy walk to 4th st live and other restaurants and hotels. The theatre below is too cool. Note that it is a busy street on weekends. We appreciated paying less than our friends at a fancy hotel up the street with rooms half the size, no kitchen, no free parking… definitely a gem. As was Louisville!!

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived late, and clear instructions made sure we were able to get in no problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk or rent scooters to KICC and 4th Street Live. Place was spacious and others who rented nearby were very jealous of how nice our place was. Bathrooms are big with lots of storage area. Sound machine in the main bedroom really helped with any outside noise on the weekends. Coffee in the kitchen was very appreciated and the toilet paper was a great quality which was a nice bonus.

House was great, clean and exactly as described. Jennifer was a wonderful hostess and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood was not the greatest, loud party across the street but overall was a great place to stay.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

We had the best time during our stay! Pablo was an amazing host who was readily available and responsive! He was so kind and attentive to messaging me back. The house was spotless, so spacious, and the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family celebrated Christmas here. It was perfect for a family gathering. Was close to restaurants/ stores etc. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our large family and the ping pong table was a big hit. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our family dinners. Nice fenced in yard for my daughter’s dog and a nice back deck (even though it was too cold for us to enjoy,) there were several extra chairs supplied for our sit down meals. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Bobbie's & TJ's home. They are very responsive if you need anything. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay her. I highly recommend this Airbnb home.

I honestly can’t believe we found this place and it was still available for Derby weekend. Everything was perfect. We had 4 in our party and sharing a bathroom was not a big deal at all. The back yard is peaceful and beautiful and we were entertained by the cute squirrels and birds. The welcome gifts were above and beyond. My husband is still talking about the frozen pizza and other goodies that were left for us. We needed to have packages delivered, as part of our party is a designer and preferred vendor for the Kentucky Derby and packages were easily delivered and stayed secure. Amenities were amazing and everything was perfectly appointed. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jenny and Brian for a perfect stay!

There were 5 of us that stayed at Shane's house specifically for the bourbon trail. It was perfect! We each had our own bedroom, and there were plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. The house is in the historic district of Frankfort and is very nice/safe. It is also only 1.5 miles from Buffalo Trace and made for a quick trip to get their allocated bottle of the day. The pictures of the house imply that it is big but I can honestly say that it is even bigger than I imagined! We had plenty of room and took advantage of the amenities that are part of the house. Shane was very responsive before and during our trip. He quickly answered our questions. We are already planning another trip back. Thanks Shane!

Our stay started after we checked into another, non sufficient, Airbnb. Thankfully, Chris responded quickly at 11pm and we checked into his place with no issues whatsoever!
