Банный домик комфортно вмещает 6 человек, но на террасе может расположиться и большее количество. На первом этаже можно спать на раскладывающемся диване, на втором этаже два широких (160см) матраса. Лестница на второй этаж находится снаружи. В домике есть постельное белье, одеяла и подушки, банные полотенца. На кухне есть все для приготовления еды. На террасе есть гриль, но возьмите, пожалуйста, угли с собой. Снаружи есть также СПА-бочка с горячей водой за отдельную плату 60 евро (наличными).

Suvilas on 2 magamistuba, elutuba, köök, terass, saun. Suvilas on kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Aias on mõnus plats grillimiseks ja õue mängudeks. Lastele mängud. Võimalus tellida naabruses olevast koduköögist peovaagnaid ja maitsvaid küpsetisi. Oodatud on pered või viisakad väiksemad seltskonnad, laste peod ja sünnipäevad.

Ilvese Cottage is a nice and private housing by the river Lintsi. Rest your mind listening nature sounds. While visiting us You might have an opportunity to observe rare bird species and different animals. Our house is with all amenities - wc, shower, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, pans-pots, dishes etc. There is a big dinner table and couch with coffee table. There is a nice size terrace. For extra fee we can offer a super cozy sauna on wheels (has to be preordered at least 1 day).

Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.
