Great host! Drove us from the train station to the Airbnb as it would have been a 1 km walk with our luggages. Also woke up early just to drive us to the airport in time. Super friendly as well! Shared with us about his life stories and we had great conversations.

Comfortable place with not much to do in the surrounding area. It’s a great spot to relax and rest before traveling, and it’s not too far from the airport. What surprised me about this property is the spacious parking for vehicles — pretty rare to find in Japan.

Our stay at Ryuji’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, (with adaptors) and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the train station, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It made exploring Tokyo so easy and enjoyable. Ryuji was an outstanding host. He communicated clearly, responded quickly to any questions, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell he really cares about providing a great experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy setup to the local tips he offered. We truly felt at home during our time here. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ryuji’s place to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for making our trip so memorable, Ryuji!

AMAZING home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the train station. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We are a family of 4 and this was a great place for us to stay. Excellent location, with convenience stores very close by and we could walk into Shinjuku easily. The apartment had everything we needed for a 6-night stay and the hosts were absolutely brilliant at communicating about everything. We would definitely recommend.

Hongs place was great. The ability to stretch out after cramped hotels was great. 6 minute walk to Wasada station. 15 minutes to Shinjuku from there. A number of restaurants and Cafe close by.

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

This home is squeaky clean. Spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was organized. This will h eny go to place in Tokyo.Highly recommended. It was a great experience. Thank you for having us.

Quiet location close to train station , easy to get to the center. Clean and comfortable accommodations, has all necessities and more (blow dryer, flat iron even!). We enjoyed our stay

Super nice stay and the neighbourhood is really quiet and nice, and there was a lot of food surrounding that area, laundry can be done just downstairs as well. For walkable distance we are able to find donki, daiso as well as other food places. Definitely a recommended stay! Especially it you’re interested in a non-city area and yet still able to travel to the city.

Fabulous place. So much space, a big kitchen that has a fridge/freezer, dining area, big TV, big washroom, comfortable couch, very comfortable bed, and a huge patio! Also 2 patio doors, so easy to get fresh air! We loved the cotton towels (all our other locations in Japan had microfiber towels). Great water pressure in the shower too. The home seems brand new and was very, very nicely finished. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, super close to the subway, and walkable to many interesting places. Our hosts were very responsive and helped me figure out our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location (despite me copying the address into the rides hare app). We would absolutely stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb places we've ever stayed at.

まず部屋に入った時に窓から見える美しい海に感動しました！滞在中は私の好きな赤い色調のおしゃれなお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。窓の外を見ながら写真を撮ったり、スケッチをしました。 夜はとても静かだったので十分な睡眠をとることができました。次の日は比較的暖かかったのでバルコニーで朝食をとりました。これが最高でした。 コンドミニアムの前には松林があり、また美しい花が咲き乱れていて周辺をカメラを持って散歩しました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A great place to stay. The location is close enough to everything you’ll want to do in Tokyo but in a great corner away from the craziness of the main area of the district.
