This was a wonderful find for our family holiday. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was stunning with views over Freshwater Bay. Sarah’s communication was excellent, she was attentive to our needs and really went the extra mile. We would definitely like to return another time.

Had a lovely Easter weekend & as a nice little touch Bev left a cake & card for my birthday which was very much appreciated with a cup pf coffee when we arrived. Local to all amenities in Ryde. The flat was very quirky, with comfortable beds on a lovely quiet street. Would definitely recommend

Sea View was an amazing place to stay, right next to a lovely sandy beach, which we walked along every day of our visit. The house was clean and furnished to a really high standard. would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises. thank you.

A very nice house in a great location. The house is located close to the town/park/beach. The hosts surprised us by decorating the house for Christmas. which was a lovely touch making the whole trip wonderful. I'd definitely recommend this AirBnB for a comfy trip to the Isle of Wight

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

Cute, homely cottage. Located in prime location and for all you boat lovers minutes walk into town (Cowes). Nicholas was a great host! Very friendly, responsive with clear instructions. Our bellies were full on the all lovely treats that were left on arrival 🍾🧁. The Cottage equipped with everything you need for a little weekend away. Plenty of useful food recommendations and guide info leaflets on local area / attractions if new to IOW. Very peaceful stay and the hottub was a highlighted! Highly recommend and would love to stay again if visited the island again! 🏖️⚓️

Lovely house, great location in town close to beach and shops/restaurants. Our favourite bit was the deck at the back of the house with the view out to the sea! Kathryn was a model host- communicative, helpful. Would heartily recommend!

Had a great one night stay with our group of friends at Cliffhanger. The host was very proactive, responsive and accommodating. The property was comfortable, with very nice added touches such as fresh flowers and tasty biscuits available for us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and an overall nice stay. The only regret was not staying longer. Thanks very much Chris!

We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

What a gem this flat is. Stunning location on the seafront, lovely sea views, beautiful sunsets. Great bar and restaurant just along the front, local shop and fish & chips within walking distance. Squeaky clean accomodation with comfy beds and nice bed linen, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Use of the beach hut (and BBQ) was brilliant (and essential as flat has no outside space of its own). Jo is a friendly, responsive and helpful host. Ebony her dog is lovely too!

Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

Would highly recommend this property Lou and Graham were always very responsive throughout the whole process and took the trouble to make several local eatery recommendations. The flat was really lovely, clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Great location to explore the island and would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

The place was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic—close to everything. The host was amazing, going above and beyond with communication and even helping us book ferry tickets. Would definitely stay here again!

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!

Location is perfect, easy to get to all the major attractions/places. Bryce was very nice, he came and introduced himself when we arrived. He also messaged me some more information which we appreciated. The actual studio was lovely, had everything we needed for a short stay. Definitely recommend.
