Beautiful location right on the beach in a peaceful little village. Great picture window to watch the dog walkers and swimmers come and go, as the tide came in and out. Only 10-15 minutes from Douglas, Ramsey and the heights of the TT course. This was our first visit to the IoM but we’ll be back.

Just WOW!!! This is one of my favourite Air B&B so far and I have stayed in a lot! From initial comms to closing the door leaving,everything was amazing! The owner had left a balloon, Prosecco, banners and Tesco finest birthday cake and candles for my partner who was taken there on a surprise weekend away! Outstanding touch! There was milk too in the fridge! Lots of cupboard basics and cleaning bits and bobs! Views to die for from the lounge and we had outstanding weather which helped! Full tv package One main bedroom and a smaller room through the back for storing cases. Hairdryer/ mirror in there too. Powerful shower, soaps/gels, comfy bed, full kitchen with DW, WM, large FF, new carpets throughout. 5 mins walk to the front down the hill. Only negative was the inside entrance was a bit foosty but when main door was open it was ok. Would I go back = 100% Would I recommend = 100% Car hire recommended for island touring (£100 for 3 days -AVIS) Amazing host 😍

Ideal place for Douglas, 10 minutes walk into the centre, plus your own parking space. The apartment was spacious and clean, quiet in the evening.

The flat was great, big, roomy, excellent facilities, central position. Would have appreciated some instructions on how to use the amenities eg. TV. Plenty info on local area and bus timetable was a godsend as we didn't have a car.

Definitely recommend and we will be stopping again in the future.

Perfect for staycation, not too far from Douglas town, really clean and comfortable stay! Kim and Misha makes sure the guests have everything and responsive. Felt right at home and can’t wait to go back!😍

Kathryn’s place is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. She is genuinely a super host and a great designer. The attention to detail in the apartment is exquisite. Kathryn has inspired me to do more to welcome guests through interior design features in my own home. The location is perfect with the sound of the sea and gulls gently nudging you deeper and deeper into relaxation. Arrival felt like landing in heaven and that sense never waned.

Jeroo et son mari sont très accueillants. la chambre était très spacieuse pour nous 3 ce qui était appréciable. un grand merci pour le lit pour notre petit garçon et le fait de nous avoir permis d'arriver très tôt pour nous reposer et prendre un bon petit déjeuner. Les omelettes de Jeroo sont succulentes. la chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. le lit était confortable. on peut aller et venir comme bon nous semble, parking aisé. Ils ont la gentillesse d'imprimer la météo et le déroulement des courses du TT chaque matin. Un grand merci à Jeroo et son mari de nous avoir accueilli, le séjour était agréable.

Perfect from start to finish, David kindly cleared the garage for our motorbikes. The house was beautifully presented and in a lovely location within walking distance to both Port Mary and Port Erin. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again Thanks Gary.

Perfect roomy 4 bed house - terrific folder listing activities available nearby - lovely wee extras left in the fridge (tho we didn’t eat the coal 🙂) - and the greatest view across to Langness - and much much more 10/10

Lovely accommodation which we booked for family gathering. It was ideal for us and helped make the gathering a great success.

We spent the last week at the Hot Tub by the Waterfall and can't recommend it enough. Tim was a perfect host, great communication and so helpful and kind. The house was lovely, so well set out, with tvs in bedrooms if needed, the showers were so nice to use and such comfy bedding which was lush after a busy day visiting the areas nearby. The hot tub was amazing, with a beautiful outside area, sitting in the hot tub with the sounds from the nearby waterfall and weir, just under the moon, perfect! Also, the view from the bedrooms of the trees and waterfall, stunning! We all really enjoyed our stay and we had family visit for a bbq who were also impressed with house and facilities. We would happily book again!!!

Amanda is the perfect host and very obliging and understanding of changing situations. The house was absolutely perfect! It had everything you could possibly need and plenty of space which was ideal for us (3 adults, 2 teenagers, a 4 year old and a 5 month old!) It meant there was space to be together but also gave us our own space. Lovely little walk down to the Mooragh Park (one of my childhood favourites). Also, easy walking distance to the beach and the shops/eating places. We will definitely stay here again next time we are over in the IOM. Thank you Amanda!

Thank you both for making us all feel so welcome and being flexible to our changing ferry travel schedule. We all feel you both went above and beyond what we would expect of a host but it made our stay more pleasurable and we have been able to make some fun family and friend memories. We were blessed with good weather, always a benefit but we feel despite this we would have been able to enjoy the property and gardens in less clement weather. Thank you, I wish you both well and we would hope to return in the future.

Nice 4 bed house with everything you need . Four of used it as a base for a motorbike tour , driveway provided off road parking . Good size lounge with massive TV . Little garden at the back with Astro turf . Good Comms from hosts.

The property was very clean and they provided plenty of high end coffee options which was a nice surprise. There is a fully stocked dedicated laundry room. The kitchen included an American fridge, large gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There were plenty of extra linens, toilet paper, etc to meet your needs. The host was available any time for any questions. There were plenty of pamphlets at the front door if you wanted to find things to do. You can easily walk to the Promenade for shopping, eating, or finding a pub. We had a great time here!

Great location and views. The village of Laxey was adorable. The apartment is quiet, well equipped and comfortable. The furnishings and condition are fairly new. And it not only looked spotless but smelled of clean linen. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Lovely apartment. Clean and in great condition. Everything you could need. Secure underground parking for the 5 motorbikes. Host met us and showed us where everything was and nice friendly guy. Would definitely book again.

Good location in Douglas for restaurants and the promenade yet nice and peaceful. Parking outside. Apartment as described and ideal for a few days away. Check in straightforward and Mark very helpful and responsive. Would happily stay again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs & very well located for our stay, been close to the centre of town, & nearby to its historic attractions. As well as having many great restaurants, bars etc. within easy walking distance. My partner is allergic to feather 🪶 pillows & Duvets etc. which was used for the bedding. But D was really very helpful & got new synthetic Duvet & 2 pillows the next day, she even gave is use of the sofa bed at no extra cost, as we are used to King Size beds. She also left us a present of luxury macaroons to. Such a great host. The welcome pack was also a treat & the views from the front lounge window 🪟 great for watching the hill sheep 🐑 🐑🐑 moving fields 😁
