Increíble ubicación, con dos terrazas muy lindas. Una desde la que se ve el mar y es un gran placer para desayunar o almorzar. La otra no tiene vista al mar desde una silla sino que hay que pararse, pero a la tarde le da el sol y es muy bonita. Muy amables en el checkin. Nos dejaron una canasta con productos locales muy ricos como atención a nuestro arribo. Como característica, dos de los cuartos no tienen ventanas con luz sino que son dormitorios internos. El dormitorio principal si tiene ventana a la calle y es muy bonito, pero el único baño que está en ese piso está a un poco lejos. El otro baño es un poco pequeño y está en el piso superior, por lo que no es de tan fácil y cómodo acceso. De todas formas, realmente vale la pena el alojamiento. Después de haber recorrido la isla casi por completo, creemos que Ortigia es el pueblo o ciudad más linda de Sicilia, por encima de bellezas como Taormina o Cefalú.

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Skønt ophold for hele familien. Smukt område og dejligt med det fantastiske marked rundt om hjørnet fyldt med friske råvarer til gode priser. Meget hurtig rektion da vi løb tør for gas i det ene køkken ca. 20 min. Kan varmt anbefales👍🥰

Lovely spacious flat. Perfect for a big family or, like in our case, for 2 families. Cristian was very responsive and accommodating; especially considering the very short notice. The flat was extremely clean, spacious and with all guests could possibly need. The local is out of Ortigia but perfectly walkable. I'd definitely stay there again and I have no problem recommending it. Perhaps it was a bit expensive for the time of year but again it was a last minute booking.

Overall, a great experience. I would say our biggest challenge was in Parking, but that is to be expected when staying in any of the Italian old towns. Fortunately, the parking garage we used was only a seven minute walk away. The apartment is very nice and has most amenities. We didn’t have a problem briefly with hot water, but that was quickly resolved. The apartment is located on the first floor on the main street so it can be rather noisy until 11 or 12 o’clock at night, but that seem to be worth the trade-off of the convenience of walking right outside and down to the beach. Overall great experience

Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Our stay in Siracusa was amazing thanks to Cesare’s apartment! Very comfortable. Each room is en-suite with a full bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Cesare was very helpful and responsive and gave us excellent local recommendations of food and activities. And I had some questions on accessibility months before the stay and he was very kind to send vídeos and pictures of the apartment.Thank you!! Totally recommend

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

We loved Marikla's place. It was only ten minutes to Ortigia and there was plenty of parking, and right across from a grocery store. There was a beautiful bike path with stunning views of the sea. Three bedrooms were perfect for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great to have two full bathrooms!

L'appartement est très agréable et idéalement situé en plein centre d'Ortigia. La rue est calme et tous les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. La communication a été facile et les propriétaires nous ont aidé à réserver un parking avant notre arrivée.

Daniele is super friendly and calm, always replied quickly and gave a lot of nice little tips via chat each morning. He even surprised us with a bowl of homemade olives :) The room with the balcony towards the ocean is amazing! It's a little bit makeshift, but very cozy, clean and with many cute details. The balcony itself had the greatest views I've every experienced! Overall a perfect stay! I would've given 6/5 if possible.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Marcella is a warm and responsive host. She allowed us to check in very early and her place was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

La casa è ubicata a pochi passi da Ortigia, in una zona tranquilla. La casa è grande, spaziosa ma da migliorare nella pulizia. Nelle ore di punta l’acqua scarseggia un po’. Questo alloggio lo consiglierei anche a chi a bambini piccoli come noi. L’host ci ha dato ottimi consigli per i ristoranti.

Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréable dans l’appartement de Francesco. La terrasse est vraiment super, l’appartement est aussi très sympa. Tout était parfait pour nous accueillir. Francesco a été un excellent hôte qui nous a proposé une belle activité bateau, mais aussi bien conseillé pour nous garer etc… On recommande !!!

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

This place is incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The furniture was comfortable and everything we needed was available. That Lavazza coffee maker was excellent - I wanted one for home but they aren’t available in the US. The patio spaces had a great view, and we spent so much time there. Ortigia is possibly the most charming place I’ve ever been, and the apartment matched the island’s charm. Be aware of the steps up to the place. It’s a steep climb, but it’s absolutely worth it.

We had a lovely visit at Mario and Jacapo’s beautiful apartment which was recently renovated with marble tile bathroom, new kitchen, Murano glass light fixtures and historic furnishings. The hosts are warm and friendly and greeted us with a homemade dessert and plenty of goodies in the refrigerator. The location of the apartment is in the pedestrian area of Ortigia and is steps away from the Duomo and plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby. Highly recommended!
