Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Had a great visit. Enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint the one morning the gate wasn’t opening when called and it took about 15 minutes to get inside we finally went in the exit gate when someone came out. But I do believe there was a problem with gate as others couldn’t get in either.

Katie was fabulous! The condo was wonderful and our stay was great! She messaged just as soon as it was ready allowing us to check in earlier than 4pm. Had a slight issue that was resolved immediately!! Definitely will seek her properties again.

Such a cute neighborhood, with sidewalks and great amenities. We loved the neighborhood market being so convenient and the food was delicious! The pool was really nice too. The atmosphere of the whole property was delightful. Our hosts were wonderful and communicated so well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Overall it was a good stay. Todd was very friendly. The condo was clean and nice. The pool,lazy river, hot tub area was not so clean.

Beautiful place with plenty to do close by. Wasn't busy and loud- and not crowded on the beach! Thankful for the elevator and the helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and helped get into that beachy vibe.

Wendy was an excellent host and we had a great trip! Well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay at Rich's property! From the start, he was an outstanding host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Rich went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even accommodating a late checkout without any extra charges, which gave us extra time to take showers and enjoy lunch after a morning round of golf before heading to the airport. The property itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Melissa was a great host! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. Great location with walkable beach access and easy drive to Mt pleasant and Charleston. we loved it and will definitely look to stay with Melissa again.

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. We loved our stay! Beaufort was so charming, and Michelle’s house had everything we needed. The amenities in BeauCoast were great. We had access to pools, parks and playgrounds all within walking distance. The house was well furnished, and everything provided was top notch! Michelle was very easy to communicate with, and extremely flexible. We will definitely be back!

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we enjoyed our time there. Daniela was easy to contact and got right back to us. The pools were great for our teenage boys. Lots to do all around the area. The house was exactly what was in the pictures and it was very clean. Thanks for a relaxing week. 🔆

Enjoyed staying here for a wedding weekend which took place at the Beaufort Hotel. We were able to spread out, enjoy the quaint atmosphere of downtown all while staying in a beautiful home. Thank you for hosting and we will be sure to check-in next time we are in town!
