Totally perfect for a solo or couple stay in a lovely new build apartments. It’s was perfect for my every need.

We felt very comfortable in Steven's apartment. The apartment is very well furnished and in very good condition. The private parking space is a plus. The location is perfect for many excursions into the exciting surroundings. Definitely a recommendation!

We had an excellent couple of days! The flat was wonderful - so spacious, warm and homely feeling, extremely comfortable and a joy to come home to after a long day working at the Art Fair. Can't wait to come back! Was absolutely ideal and a perfect haven for two weary artists. Thank you Rachel!

If you like a quiet place close to all the amenities, in easy driving distance of everything, this is perfect. Peebles itself is a lovely little town with a quaint but we'll proportioned high street. We had a relaxing break in this perfect flat that well suited our preference for self catering homely accommodation. a home away from home.

We stayed in Amy’s house for 2 nights when competing in the local race. Place is as described in the ad. We had everything we needed. We liked the powerful hot shower!! Tv is tiny, size of the laptop. Didn’t bother us because we weren’t watching it, but if that’s what you wanted it wouldn’t be ideal. It’s a great value for money! With local shop, restaurant and takeaways within few minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyable Easter weekend break. Apartment was gorgeous with everything you would normally need away from home. No expense spared. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, most mornings we didn’t want to get up! Highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone and hope to book again soon as Kelso is also a lovely little place with lots of shops, pubs, riverside walk etc. To our hosts, thank you for letting us stay ❤️

Beautiful cozy apartment and even better location. Stayed there for 2 nights family of 6 the house is very spacious with a well- equipped kitchen , 2 bath with amenities and lots of storage.

The house was perfect for 5 adults and 5 children for our 3 night stay: clean and comfortable, plenty of crockery and cutlery for all ten of us, a table that seated us all, a lounge we all wanted to take home, a garden for the children to play in, lambs to feed, what more could we want? Hand wash, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. We parked 3 minutes down the road to kayak on the Loch and walked up the path to see Grey Mare's tail waterfall. There is a cafe and also toilets by the Loch. It was busy in the car park when we arrived on the Sunday, but ok after that. This is a great place for lovers of the outdoors. Bring a good book and games for the evenings and you're set up. We would all return to this lovely place.

Everything you need in kitchen to cook a meal. We took lap trays rather than try to use dining table, but wasn’t a problem. The bath is very deep so need to be careful getting in if mobility not great but once in the shower options are easy to use and give a great shower. Beds are very comfortable and with no light pollution it’s very dark so a good night sleep is gauranteed. Small table and chairs outside great for catching the sun in afternoon and protected from the wind.

We had a lovely week at Zounish’s lovely characterful cottage. It’s very powerful, spacious and comfortable with great views across the Moffat hills. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and wind down.

Sarah is a lovely host and the house is large and comfortable. Everything is there that you could need for a nice stay in the countryside. Lots of walks and cycling options nearby, easy to get into Innerleithen, there are alpacas just around the corner, and the river Tweed is just over the road. A great place to relax and unwind.

Jacqueline‘s lovely apartment was very well situated, in a quiet street yet only a very short walk into the middle of the town, near to shops and supermarkets (and the golf club!) and with very easy street parking. Her neighbours were very friendly and helpful. And of course, Peebles and its environs have everything that you might hope and expect a country holiday to deliver. The apartment was tastefully and comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Jacqueline had clearly given considerable thought to what her guests would need to feel at home, and had great success in providing that. The welcome pack was a small but important indication of her thoughtfulness. The outside area, including barbecue facilities, was very well furnished and attractive. We will look forward to returning to her splendid apartment, and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to others.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Doocot. It was the perfect size for our group of 8 and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had essentials like oil, salt, tea coffee, tin foil etc and he had left milk for us in the fridge. Barrie was conscientious and checked in on us via message multiple times during the stay. The property is near loads of big supermarkets. Would come back in future!

Beautiful and clean home, exactly as per the listing. Host was super friendly and checked us in herself, giving us a tour and tips for the property. Short drive to the city and located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Only stayed the one night but would highly recommend.

Great stay at Olly’s place. Nice welcome from Olly ( bearing a welcome cake) not long after arrival. We were able to walk around the estate grounds and use the tennis court. Plenty of walking straight from the stay. Yair forest is on the doorstep with walking trails and MTB trails. The stay had everything we needed and is a short drive from pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Would be happy to stay at Olly’s place again.

The place is lovely and the surrounding very attractive and peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

If you are a mountain biker looking for accommodation, Graham’s place is the best choice there is. Located right in the centre of Innerleithen, you can ride straight out the front door and enjoy the trails. The workshop comes with tools, cleaning equipment and locks that makes life so easy after a long day’s riding. The living spaces are clean, tidy and really comfortable. It really can’t be beaten.

This is a spacious beautiful, well-equipped and luxurious apartment. Melrose is a lovely peaceful place and we had a great time. We would definitely want to stay here again.

The flat was fantastic and felt like a home from home. Rosie was a truly marvellous host and provided a wonderful selection of goodies to get me going. The communication was first rate and provided me with all the information I needed about local amenities. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so lovely to be dealing with someone who really wanted to make sure that I got the most out of my time in Peebles. She also made sure that my wee dog had everything she needed. I can’t fault the flat or Rosie and I would definitely return. Superb all round.

Excellent stay. Lovely quiet area. A good base for us for a mountain biking stay. Close to Golfie, Innerleithen and Glentress. Bonus having the indoor bike storage

Superb accommodation - clean and kitchen well-equipped. Very convenient for exploring the Scottish Boarders. Beautiful garden and great views. We had a lovely time.
