Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Jacopo che è stato gentile e disponibile. La casa era pulita ed in ordine e rispecchiava le foto . consigliamo vivamente questo host ed il suo appartamento. Grazie

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Laura’s place was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Laura is one of the most friendly and service-minded hosts I’ve ever met. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and you can truly tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free stay!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Casa Lagotta si trova in un tranquillo paesino, a pochi chilometri da Comacchio e dal Parco del Delta del Po. La casa è strutturata su due piani, a terra la zona giorno e il bagno, al primo piano la zona notte con due camere da letto molto spaziose. L'arredamento è semplice e in buone condizioni. Ottimo il divano, spazioso a sufficienza per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone. Durante il nostro breve soggiorno non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttare la cucina, ma a prima vista c'è tutto per mettersi ai fornelli come a casa (c'è anche la lavastoviglie). Comunque per i più pigri, ad una manciata di minuti a piedi, si trovano un paio di bar e ristoranti. Riguardo all'host, Lara ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo e siamo rimasti in contatto durante la nostra permanenza, per suggerimenti su ristoranti e attività in zona. Concludendo, esperienza positiva in linea con le nostre aspettative, sia per la casa che per il supporto ricevuto dall'host.

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno confortevole Un grazie agli host per la gentilezza e disponibilità

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

We spent 4 days in Simona's house. Apartment is just inside the "old town", very close to the parking lot and from there you can walk in the centre in minutes. It's a very cozy and beautifully furnished place, very clean and with all possible amenities for both a short or a long stay. Communication was quick and easy, no problem at all for any of our needs and Simona is ready to offer all suggestions to find the best places for food, drinks, ice cream and so on. We strongly recommend this house for your stay in beautiful Modena.

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Mattia is a very nice host, very easy to communicate with and he tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He recommended very nice restaurants which were very good :) The Apartment itself is a dream, you have everything what you can think of. The locations is in the middle of the city, you can reach everything by foot and you're surrounded with everything you'll need. Even tho it´s in the center its quite and not very loud, we very much enjoyed it. If you're considering to coming to Bologna, stay at Mattia´s Apartment, its very much worth it :)

L'alloggio di Flor è un appartamento ampio e comodo, bello, arredato con gusto, funzionale e molto confortevole. In una posizione strategica soprattutto se si viaggia in auto. Molto facile trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dal meraviglioso centro di Modena. Flor Host super gentile e disponibile.

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

Soggiorno perfetto! Il B&B era pulitissimo e molto comodo, con tutti i comfort necessari. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto. La vera chicca è stato il garage: comodissimo e sicuro, un valore aggiunto non da poco. Assolutamente consigliato!
